Enjoying a nice dinner and an ice cold beer at La Quebrada while watching the cliff divers is a must-do when in Acapulco. Just looking at pictures doesn't do justice to the actual experience. It doesn't hit you that these people are actually willing to risk their lives until they get in front of the statue of the Virgin Mary and say a little prayer. I think they dive every half an hour or so, so if your dinner takes an hour, you actually get to see them dive twice - well worth the money. The restaurant itself has a lot of history and culture and it's fascinating to walk around and see all the famous autographs covering the walls. I'd recommend the Acapulco cliff diving experience to everyone, even families. Let me know if you have any questions about the show or Acapulco in general.
