Had special day! No others booked so we had van and driver all to ourselves! He was excellent and took us to everyplace, at our pace, and commented on everything! He was wonderful as was this "tour." Thanks!
The value was much less than the cost. I was excited about seeing the railroad museum, but it had very little equipment on rails. The Royal Doctors building was the best site on the route. The drivers (particularly Craig) were quite helpful.
Even though it was a public holiday, and not all venues were open, the driver/ tour guide, with his deep knowledge of Alice Springs and its history, ensured that those of us on the tour were not for a moment bored.. I can highly recommend this tour for those visiting the Alice and have a few hours to spare...very good value....
Excellent tour and great driver. Very helpful and the tour of the telegraph office area was very well done.
Driver very informed and gave us good tips on places to eat, etc. when he was asked. Made our stay much more pleasant!
I travelled with my 85 year old father. Our tour driver was Graeme and he was courteous, informative and made each of his passengers feel very welcome. The sites were terrific. I would recommend this halfday tour to all . Ann
The tour was nice, for the price and for what Alice Springs can offer. At the RFDS we felt a bit abandoned, but it was very interesting as the School of the Air and mostly the Telegraph station. The visit at the Aboriginal Gallery was interesting but a guide from the gallery would have been appreciated.
This is a great day tour that enables you to see most of the points of interest in Alice Springs. Nice to be able to do it at your own pace.
The guide was very knowledgeable and informative. We did see all we wanted in 1 day when the 2nd day was free. It wasn't necessary unless you spend a lot of time at each stop.
Great time. Driver helpful in every way. We left it all a bit late. Just wish we had more time as there was so much to see.
Inclusion of entry prices and map of venues in tour info would be helpful. Suggest more info about Culture Centre. Culture Centre is so interesting and of such a standard that lots of time required. Illness prevented us touring one day. Appreciated extra free day!
