It was a great family holiday, the tour guide Nick was very entertaining and very knowledgeable of the sites we visited. It was a fantastic experience, sleeping under the stars!
Doing what: 3-Day 4WD Tour from Alice Springs: Kings Canyon, Uluru (Ayers Rock) and Kata Tjuta
This was a great trip , well organised and on a comfortable bus we enjoyed the commentary given by the driver. The billy tea in the river bed went down a treat as did the lunch served after our walk along palm valley. Would recommend the trip to any one who will listen.

Unbelievable. My first hot air balloon ride. The best part was the crash landing. What a blast. It was totally dark in the desert and the stars looked fabulous. I am from NYC and you don't get to see that many stars except at the planetarium. The sunrise couldn't have been more spectacular. We saw kangaroos and cattle from the air. When the flame was not on it was soooooo quiet. Totally fascinating. I'm still talking about it. I would definitely do it again.

Loved the Sunrise at Uluru and the sunset too. On different days. At the sunrise they had hot drinks and cookies. At the sunset wine and chips and dips. So unexpected and well done. Totally enjoyed the hikes through the canyon and outback. The guide was so knowledgeable and answered all questions. We also saw a demonstration by Aboriginese on the use of tools and other implements. Just fascinating. I also purchased an original painting. Just beautiful. Great trip. Well planned and run. The Hotels were also great. No complaints had a great time.

Nice short tour seeing a variety of highlights such as School of the Air and the Reptile Centre. Very informative guide, would definitely recommend!

Brilliant day out the guides where informative and the buffet dinner (hot dogs and salad really was okay) - The highlight of course was the rock and watching the changing colours at sunset.

This is not the tour I would have liked but because of time it was the only one we could fit into our schedule. The EMU tour guides were wonderful and made the long drive entertaining. They fixed us a *** three star dinner at sunset. The sun never made an appearance the day we went so we did not get the wonderful pictures we had hoped for. Uluru is a wonder of nature and is to be respected and I was happy to see that some restrictions are in place to protect it.

It was an informative, interesting half day. We learned some history of the area and were amazed at how the services we sometimes take for granted are made available for remote areas.

Enjoyed our early morning balloon ride. The weather was perfect on the day. Apparently first flight for several days due to weather.

Excellent tour that provides the opportunity to admire both the natural wonders of Red Centre and the aboriginal culture. Kings Canyon offer the most spectacular views.

We had an excellent tour. Tic and Lynn were great. We stopped often to view Uluru, the olgas, and all care was taken wo we would enjoy our experience. We had a breakfast, lunch, and wine dinner watching the sunset at Uluru. Very knowledgeable tour guides. I would totally recomment this tour.

Tour was fantastic. The tour operators were helpful and looked after everyone on the bus to make sure everyone drank enough water and ate enough to sustain their energy. The tour operators went above and beyond. The sunset dinner overlooking Ayers Rock was the perfect ending to a spectacular day.

Even when cloudy, the grandeur of Kata Tjuta and Uluru are impressive. The ATA King team was excellent throughout. The "budget" accommodation were fine, especially since there was almost no time to spend in them--there was always someplace to go or to be.
