Doing what: Sunrise Ballooning in Alice Springs
I would like to have had a longer time in the air on the balloon. Didn't think the 1/2 hour was anywhere near enough

Doing what: Uluru (Ayers Rock) and The Olgas Tour Including Sunset Dinner from Alice Springs
Really good trip, the tour guides were good too. Never a minute where you're not doing something or eating something!!

Doing what: Alice Springs Town Hop-on Hop-off Tour
The value was much less than the cost. I was excited about seeing the railroad museum, but it had very little equipment on rails. The Royal Doctors building was the best site on the route. The drivers (particularly Craig) were quite helpful.

Doing what: Uluru (Ayers Rock) and The Olgas Tour Including Sunset Dinner from Alice Springs
This tour was totally sufficient in exploring Uluru and Olgas during dead heat of summer with temps in the 40's and flies sticking to your face and clothing. I would never, never opted for the 3 day tour. Our guides were very helpful and informative. They kept on feeding and feeding us with snacks. And we had the best dinner compared to the other tour buses around!!! Only complaint: There was a mis-communication with the website and actual tour company who was operating it. Make sure you call the number to arrange the pick up from wherever you're staying. Do Not Go To The Bus Station in Alice Springs Because It Is NONEXISTENT!!!!

Doing what: Uluru (Ayers Rock) and The Olgas Tour Including Sunset Dinner from Alice Springs
Comfortable, air conditioned coach with loo. Cold water on tap. Refreshments. Funny, informative guides who keep things interesting. Magical sights. Enough time to see all the hot spots. A filling dinner to end a full day. We laughed at the backpackers who spent the same amount of money to be packed into small mini vans in the 40 degree heat. Awesome day! Thank you.

Doing what: 3-Day Alice Springs to Uluru (Ayers Rock) via Kings Canyon Tour
Amazing locations, knowledgable and interesting tour guide. Acommodation OK, but make sure you specify twin or double rooms at Kings Canyon resort - my son and daughter would not share a bed and the only option was to upgrade.

Doing what: Alice Springs Quad Bike Tour
This was a fantastic experience - a great way to see the Ranges, to learn a little about the land and the Station - the challenges they face and how the property is run - and have fun! The Quadbikes are easy to handle - I just wish I could have taken one home!

Doing what: 3-Day Alice Springs to Uluru (Ayers Rock) via Kings Canyon Tour
Tony, the guide, was very knowledgeable about aboriginal culture which made the tour a success. The accommodation was great and the evening in Kings Canyon most entertaining. However, we sat out on our balcony to enjoy the sunset and the arrogant neigbours started smoking which sent us indoors. Smoking should be banned in and around the units. There is plenty of space in the wilderness where the smokers to go. The walk along on the Kings Canyon river bed was magnificient with all the wild flowers in bloom.
