Doing what: 3-Day Tour from Uluru (Ayers Rock) to Alice Springs via Kings Canyon
Great tour guide and driver but avoid Alice Springs as the locals are drunk and violent! Ayers rock resort and kings canyon resort are very expensive for food.

Doing what: 3-Day Alice Springs to Uluru (Ayers Rock) Highlights Tour including Sounds of Silence Dinner
The tour was great, the driver/giude provided loads of information that totally enhanced the experience, especially with regards to indigenous culture and geographical aspects. Unfortuantely, the Sounds of Silence Dinner was irresponsibly organised. It was freezing. Like, really, really cold. To cold to appreciate the excellent food and setting. We caught colds, which developed into flu. I believe there were ponchos for those of sitting on the periphery, but they were not announced, and not made readily available. Other than that, the tour was great.

Doing what: 3-Day Tour from Uluru (Ayers Rock) to Alice Springs via Kings Canyon
The tour was wonderful. The company that was chosen by viator in Ayers Rock was second to none. The driver/guide was terrific, he had a sense of humour and was very friendly and informative. The hotels were both very acceptable and the tours (sunset, walks, sunrise, king's canyon walk etc.) were all wonderful.
I have one issue to discuss which started off the tour on a bad note. when we arrived at the airport, there was no one to pick us up. I failed to advise you people of my arrival information. However, I feel that the tour company should have contacted me by email to find out my flight details. Also, I was not given the names of the hotels I was staying at in advance so I did not know which hotel to go to when I was offered a free shuttle ride from the airport to my hotels. Also, I should have been given a detailed itinerary in advance, which was not provided.
Other than that one issue, everything was terrific.

Doing what: 2-Day Uluru (Ayers Rock) to Alice Springs Red Centre Explorer Tour
Very disappointing and USD1500 was a total rip off. The tour was nothing near 2 days as purchashed, unless this title was due to an overnite stay. We had a pick up at 3PM and got droped of 8PM the first day. Next morning pick up 4:30AM and dropped of at 9:30AM and the picked ud again at noon for the drive back to Alice Springs. A total of 15 hours, where 10 of these were in a buss. No time for walk around the Uluru or The Olgas. Very disappointing!
The price is a clear picture of the lack of competition in the Uluru-industry and WAY TO overpriced.
most interesting trip and a good guide who succeeded to make me walk in places I thought I never would succeed to walk up and down. The wievs up in the Kings Canyon were really fantastic,.

Doing what: 3-Day Tour from Uluru (Ayers Rock) to Alice Springs via Kings Canyon
Excellent tour starting with a meet and greet at the airport with a personalised programme. We were three days with our guide Michael and he was outstanding. With hindsight we should have selected a hotel a grade above the Desrt Garde..
Our walk around the Kings Canyon rim was superb in no small measure due to our guide, Rowan, who was absolutely outstanding.

Doing what: 2-Day Alice Springs and Kings Canyon Tour from Ayers Rock
A wonderful trip. I read the reviews before and was open minded. This is a great way to see Kings Canyon, the drive is long but the driver was good with updates and I investigated the times before. Everything worked smoothly and was on time, our driver John, helped me arrange an additional helicopter trip and was very accommodating, thanks. A great way to see Oz in comfort and not having to do the driving yourself.
The Resort was similar to Ayers Rock with food prices and the trip is clear about inclusions. Yes no live bugs in the room and given that we are in the Outback I was impressed with how clean the room was, on the same standard to Ayers Rock. Very quiet and I felt safe.
I did not realise that Viator were an Agent until afterwards, the trip was the same price as booking direct and I will be using again for other trips.
great fun - enjoyed the group experience and our tour leader was friendly and very good at giving us complicated information (e.g. indigenous, geological) in an engaging way. The red centre was very green and lush and the walks fantastic.
