Doing what: Private Tour: Petra Day Trip from Amman
Absolutely amazing! Couldn't recommend this trip enough. If you are planning to visit Petra from Amman in one day, then this is the most convenient way. Our driver (who was amazing) picked us up and headed for Petra. We stopped for breakfast/coffee on the way, then got to Petra where he helped us get tickets and a tour guide (included in the price). He then left us to our own devices for a few hours before we headed back. You'll be exhausted by the end!
Note: Bring money for tipping the tour guide and for drinks (water...etc. is readily available at the entrance). Wear comfortable shoes and bring a hat because it gets VERY sunny. On the way in, you are descending therefore walking is easier - the further you go, the harder your ascent back to the entrance will be!

Our tour driver Muneer was great. He was very informative, punctual and always asked us what we wish to do and was flexible to accommodate our requests. Thanks Muneer for making our tour interesting, pleasant and safe. Shoukran my friend.

Doing what: Private 4-Day Jordan Special Tour: Petra, Wadi Rum and The Dead Sea
Absolutely amazing tour, Shaadi, our driver was a delight, he took care of all our needs and helped customise the tour even further when we were there, and gave us good impartial advice on things. Only complaint is about the Amman hotel. The hotel gave us a very low quality room the first night...not even 2 star! But on our second night, they gave us a better room. Though we wouldnt rate the hotel as 4 star anyway, it was a 3 star hotel at best. The Petra hotel was much better and we enjoyed staying there. Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea visits were incredible, though the more interested tourists may want a longer visit to petra...we certainly wished we had 2 days to see it fully. We added the Jerash half day tour on our 4th day, and its well worth a visit, one of the best preserved roman ruins anywhere in the world. We added short visist to little petra and mount nebu as well once there. They can be passed over if you are short of time, but do ask your driver to point out the 'promised land, enroute to the dead sea!
In terms of the country, we found the changing landscapes fascinating, the locals friendly, and the food delicious...do try the local stuff.
Overall, excellent holiday and well organised, hassle free tour, will strongly recommend.

Doing what: Private 4-Day Jordan Special Tour: Petra, Wadi Rum and The Dead Sea
Jordan is a place I recommend everyone to visit! This tour gives a good sampling of the highlights of the country. If you have any extra time, I also recommend the optional tour of Jerash. The accommodations were nice, the tour guides very knowledgeable, and the sights were amazing. We had a great driver who also shared with us much of what Jordanian life is like. We did run into a little miscommunication with the tour company and were overcharged, but as soon as we contacted them, they quickly got back to us and fixed the problem.

Doing what: Private 4-Day Jordan Special Tour: Petra, Wadi Rum and The Dead Sea
Everything was great but you selection of Amman Beach as the Resort for the Dead Sea, gave a final rating of TOTALLY UNACEPTABLE to the Tour. The place was completely packed, dirty, run-down. The fences, the showers, the chairs, were all torned out. My wife could not have a confortable bath because she was the only non-arabic tourist. There was no other person in the whole resort wearing a bathing suit. After we found-out more, they told us that with Q Beach Resort the story would have been completely different. But it was 10 or 15 dollars more expensive. You can easily make the math. Have a customer who paid 1.300 dollar with that king of experience, or charge 1.330 hundred for the package?

Doing what: Private Tour: Petra Day Trip from Amman
Highly recommend! This is a long trip to do in a day but is definitely possible. Our driver arrived promptly at the hotel and stopped to get us coffee at our request on the way. He introduced us to our guide upon arrival. Note, the guide is included in the trip as is the horse ride to the entrance but the tip for the horse guide is not (he told us our tip was insufficient and that most people give something like 10JD for the 5 minute ride, although this person is not affiliated with Viator, just letting you know). The tour guide was very knowledgable and nice and provied great detail. We had 5 hours at Petra before meeting our driver in the afternoon. There is a lot to see and we didn't get to see everything but if this is all the time you have it is certainly sufficient. Great experience, definitely a must see in Jordan and recommend the tour company.

Doing what: Private 4-Day Jordan Special Tour: Petra, Wadi Rum and The Dead Sea
The tour was great! I took my parents and aunt on this 4 day private tour and we had an amazing time. Ahmad our driver and guide was very nice, helpful, well informed and spoke good English. Due to the snow and the icy road conditions, we didn’t make it to Wadi Rum and so Ahmad took us to Madabar and Mt Nebo instead. We appreciated the flexibility offered from such private tours. I also liked the fact that the travel agency was calling from time to time to check that everything was OK (as the roads were icy and slippery). I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone heading to Jordan.

Doing what: Private Tour: Petra Day Trip from Amman
Our driver was a very competent individual. He arrived at the hotel on time, the car was a clean recent model Nissan 4 door. The driver was fluent in English and also had vast knowledge of history and current events. The driver battled both rain and snow to get us to Petra safely. The driver was very helpful in advising do's and don'ts while in Petra and introducing us to our guide. A job well done!

Absolutely nothing to complain about! Shadi our tour guide was an absolute star! Nothing was too much trouble. We mixed things up and went to the Dead Sea, we changed plans so we stayed in wadi rum. Just brilliant. I've travelled a lot and I would highly recommend this company. Absolutely awesome!

All arrangements ran very smoothly with no faults
Hotel quality was excellent 4 star hotel were great
Driver Hassan was very knowledgable and made us welcome in his country. Wadi Rum was better than expected we did Petra by night at his suggestion and it was well worth it also spent good half day walking about Petra. Dead sea was quite an experience. I suggest that you follow and accept driver guide suggestions to make the most of your trip they know how to provide the best experience .

Doing what: Private 4-Day Jordan Special Tour: Petra, Wadi Rum and The Dead Sea
Tour guide was awesome, he was extremely informative, friendly and really helped us to get the most out of our time there. He spoke excellent English and had a great sense of humour. We were able to tailor our tour with our driver a little to suit our interests. Highly recommend this tour - was a good amount of things to do without feeling overstretched and the hotels were very comfortable and the meals provided were great. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We went during Ramadan, and I would not be put off by going during Ramadan - although I did feel very sorry for our guides at times when they couldn't drink any water on a 40 degree day!

Doing what: Private 4-Day Jordan Special Tour: Petra, Wadi Rum and The Dead Sea
This was a wonderful experience as we had a limited time in Jordan due to other commitments and we certainly got to see as much as possible crammed into the time we had. We had a fantastic driver who spoke excellent English, drove impeccably (very important!) and balanced perfectly the correct amount of info, conversation and peace and quiet we wanted during our trip. The hotels were great and we added another night at the airport Tulip hotel, which was excellent value, independently. Petra lived up to expectations. Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea were also great. The food that was included was excellent and we had perfectly timed comfort stops. There was none of the usual attempts to take us to places that sold souvenirs, indeed I had to specifically ask to be taken to a carpet shop as this was something which I had planned to purchase and I felt I got a good deal. Jordan is a great country and don't be put off by the problems in Syria. It's the best time to visit at the moment as you can have the sites virtually to yourself. Amman is also a very nice city which we explored independently and we also caught a taxi to Jeresh which is not to be missed and again virtually deserted. We were two women travelling together and felt comfortable and safe at all times. However if it is your first time in the Middle East it may come as a culture shock but less so than other nearby countries. HIghly recommended and would use Viator to organise future travels.
