The tour was wonderful and the tour guides were very informative..the were very professional.. But the employees at the Lindbergh office at the desk was very ignorant, rude and not professional.. Thank God I didn't have to wait long for my tours..

Great tour of Amsterdam because it gives tourist info, history, details and other useful tips for navigating this city to have the best time on your visit. I'd recommend this tour to anyone coming to AMS the 1st time. Have fun...!!!

I knew very interesting places but very quickly. I liked to visit the diamond fabric in the city tour, windmills and the cheese fabric too. It would be nice if we could spend more time walking around. It would be better to go out earlier in the morning so as to enjoy more the day in these places.

Viator customers may not know it but Viator is not the tour operator, only the promoter. Lindbergh Excursions, the operator, did a great job. Viator, the promoter and on-line presence, was absolutely worthless. They did not respond to three separate emails asking where we could be picked up for a tour we booked through Viator for when we were in Brussels. W. Starr

THE TRIP TO THE DELFT FACTORY WAS EXTREMELY INTERESTING AND THE GOODS WERE EXCELLANT SO WE BOUGHT SOME XMAS GIFTS.The trip to the World court was interesting even though we could only look at the building and grounds.

Unfortunantely due to our flight coming from Kuala Lumper was over an hour late taking off we didn't arrive in Amsterdam in time to do the tour. However we did manage to do some sight seeing on our own.

The morning tour was good. The guide was really nice and funny. The afternoon tour was boring. They spent too much time on pottery tour, Delft but too little time for the miniature park, which was fantastic. Will recommend that take the morning tour only and go on your own for Miniature park
