Very pleasent dinner cruise with good service from the crew. The food and wine was good. Due to rain the windows became very foggy, with reduced sight as a result during the second half of the vouage.
even after submitting menu choice,was not given what we asked,but service was good and cruise was enjoyable
Not a terrible bus tour, but the stop at the diamond factory was irritating as it was only a sales pitch. Our time in Amsterdam was limited because we were on a cruise top and had only one day to enjoy all that the city had to offer. Being "held hostage" to this sales pitch as part of a two hour tour was very disappointing.
Fanstastic. Great pizza, Ben and Jerry's icecream and unlimited wine! The boat was warm and really clean, the staff was brilliant. The guide told us just the right amount about the city, he wasn't talking all the time which meant we could chat and enjoy the view aswell as learning about the sights. Everyone in our party of 17 thought the Pizza Cruise was fantastic, so good we wanted to go round again!

We went on the cruise early evening just as it was getting dark. Brilliant for looking into the fantastic house boats and house along the canal! The commentary was very interesting and we got to see a lot more of Amsterdam than if we had of been on foot!
This cruise was fabulous. The seating was comfortable and roomy, the food was delicious. The cruise itself showed lots of Amsterdam and helped us plan our itinerary for the next day. Would highly recommend - you will enjoy!
We booked this trip with family to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary.We had such a great evening from start to finish.The cruise is leisurely and relaxing and a great way to see the city and the food was delicious served by the nicest young people,nothing was too much trouble.We had a fantastic evening and would be happy to recommend this to trip to anyone.
We enjoyed our cruise on the canals at night! It is an entirely different view of Amsterdam at night-time!
Really enjoyed the canal cruise! A couple things to watch for. The reservation is confirmed for 8:30am but it's inaccurate as the tour didn't begin until 9am and went until 11am. The part where a brief walk through the city occurs is not well-documented -- the walk was through the Red Light District and was not suitable for children or people sensitive to this subject. I personally found it fun and more comfortable to see with a group. But I know several folks had to remain in the boat due to having children with them.
What a memorable night! We thoroughly enjoyed this cruise and must mention the staff who made a good night great.
Canals Cruise was lovely except for the lady who kept interupting the tour guide to discuss some dreadful place she went too. We couldn't help thinking this was a plant to get more business for the club she referred to which I am not mentioning here as it sounded downright disgusting, Tour guide should have the experieince to shut up passengers who take over the tour for their own ends. Otherwise it was lovely. So 4 not 5 stars because of that.
Excellent, great value, really enjoyed it, and the wine kept coming for the whole cruise !
My daughter, granddaughter and I did this cruise after arriving that morning in Amsterdam from Seattle. We had a great time..I highly recommend...especially if you have children.
