Visit to Hague was not interesting for anybody from our group, the rest of the trip - excellent, especially Windmills and Madurodam!

Doing what: Holland in One Day Sightseeing Tour

Very quick tour but is as promised, a quick tour of Holland. Wish we could have more time in Delft. We left the tour in The Hague and went into the Mauritshuis Museum where "Girl With A Pearl Earring" was housed.

Very well organised trip. All the places covered were absolutely fantastic. There was a little confusion when changing the bus in Amsterdam after returning from the windmills, as there was no guide to the second bus that we were supposed to take to Delft, Hague and Madurodam later in the afternoon. Apart from that the everything was smooth and of course Netherlands is one beautiful country to visit.

Well organised, good mixture of places visited. Driving through Rotterdam and the Hague very enlightening. Lunch stop at Delft, a lovely village where it would be good to spend a bit more time. Very enjoyable day.

A tour that I would totally recommend. It was a gorgeous day to have done this tour and glad that I did. Our tour guide Maximo was great and hilarious. He was a great tour guide. We stopped in Delft where we were able to be shown how all the items are made and then on to a showroom with the finished products just in case you wanted to buy something. Note" If you are on a budget, you really wouldn't be able to buy anything. They are beautiful, very beautiful but they also cost a bit. I mean you are getting the original and good stuff. We also stopped at the auction house where we got a glimpse into how the prep the flowers for shipping like place to New York! They were beautiful and a busy warehouse. We then went on to Hague where we had some photo ops and also where we stopped to eat a nice meal. It was a great day as I said and glad I did this tour. Thank you VIATOR!

Nice ride - specially, in Rotterdam, Delft and Hague, where we could have had more time. Aalsmeer and Madurodam are just ok.

This trip is worth the money, especially Madurodam is simply brilliant. The Hague is beautiful city but the tour does in the bus sight-seeing with no photostops (which is the only compliant), highly recommended also because of the great tour guide.

Holland is really beautifull. As a kid I always dream for visiting Madurodam. At laest for a few hrs I become a kid along with my son. Even delft and Hague was beautifull.

Gives a great sense of Holland. Anna Maria our tour guide was excellent. Wish we could stop for five minutes to see the Hague castle and take photo shots. The Hague portion of the trip was all on the bus and a stop would have been perfect.

Very good. A quick overview of the Holland countryside, Rotterdam, Delft pottery shop, and the Hague.

This was a full day but I was not overly impressed with the type of tour that went to the Windmills, Volendam, the fishing village, etc. I realize you're trying to cover all kinds of languages within one bus, but to wear a headset and have to listen to a recorded voice instead of having the tour guide give a personal spin on the trip made it less enjoyable. Also, because there was so much packed into the morning trip, it was so rushed that there was just not much time to enjoy the Windmills. The afternoon trip however to the Delft, Hague and Madurodam was amazing. The tour guide was so personable, humorous, and gave us so much information as we travelled. He definitely engaged us with his stories.

This tour was great, the trip to the Windmills wonderful the 5 minute cheese making exhibition not necessary as it was more important to maximise the time in the village and what was explained I beleive all would know. Loved Volendam, would have loved more time there, the fish and chips were excellent value. The boat trip to Markin and the Clog maker were interesting, the whiz through Hague was ok, Delft the town was exceptional, would have liked more time there and less time at the pottery factory, which seemed to be more about selling than information. Overall a worthwhile tour but be prepared for a large group and a lottery with regard to Tour Guide, the one we had on this tour was better than another tour completed, in can make a difference.

The first part of this tour to the North was great. I enjoyed the windmills, the clog factory, and the cheese factory. However, the lady tour guide barely spoke to us and didn't give us much information about North Holland. The second part of the tour was better in the fact that our tour guide was great and full of interesting information and told us where we were at every part of the tour. However, i think that there should be more time allocated to the Hague, and I didn't care much about Madurodam.

Probably did too much on the day. We arrived at Madurodam with no knowledge of what was there and were too tired to appreciate it. I thought the drive past the Embassies at The Hague was a waste of time.

It was a great itinerary and a wonderful way to feel the pulse of Holland in a single day! The countryside activities in the morning were nicely balanced out by the town visits to Delft and Hague in the afternoon. However, if you have more time I would suggest spacing out both itineraries over a couple of days. A short ride-through, probably didn't do Hague justice :)
