The voucher was great, the park was run down and a few rides closed.
Great day out. We were in off season, so were able to get on rides quickly.
Not applicable as it was cancelled due to the weather (rain and thunderstorm), apparently Knott's Berry Farm was closed then. Thank you very much for wanting to give us the full refund. Viator is simply the best ! :o) ...
No problems at all with shuttle or tickets. We were picked up on time without any issues.
Everything was taken care from the pick-up to the drop off, without any delays. Both my partner and I had a great day at Knott's Berry, thanks
Very disappointed in your service, had to wait in a long line in the heat, computer at Knott's Berry farm were not reading tickets that I printed!!!
Excellent. We were picked up on time from our hotel and taken to the bus depot for our transfer. Inside the depot the staff were very efficient. Bus driver had theme park tickets ready for us. Had a fantastic day at the park and could select two departure times for the bus to drop us back at our hotel
We were picked up on time, the transportation was well organised and we had a great day at this theme park. Had the best rides of any theme park we went to in California.
Half the rides were closed at Knott's Berry Farm so didn't get our full money's worth. Extremely dissappointed! Disgusted with the local tour company! A very expensive camera was mistakenly left on the bus at the end of tour. We were the last passengers to get off. Got back early next morning to collect camera before bus was used for another tour. Camera missing! Searched bus, searched lost property. Could only have been staff as bus hadn't been used since we got off the night before. Bus had been cleaned ready for next trip the following day. Reported to office but never heard back from them. Nothing was done. Not only was our camera stolen, we lost all photo's of our family trip.
Booking was easy, we were picked up at the correct time and shuttled back to our hotel will no trouble. Knott's Berry was a little run down and it had very little to the bigger parks but we had an ok day, if i was to return I would not go back to Knott's Berry. The coach company were pleasant and the driver very helpful.
I highly recommend a visit here! the kids loved the rollercoaster's, even the hair-raising "Ghostrider" largest wooden rollercoaster in the world!
Everything was great, the check-in at the hotel and the parking. One issue: When I got there, I was told to take the printed ticket to Guest Services, but they told me to go straight to the gate. I got to the gate and they don't know what to do, so we had to wait 10-15 minutes until a supervisor came to the gate. She told me I should have taken the ticket to Guest Services, and I told her I did. The supervisor took care of it for us.
Great family park, something for everyone. Would happily recommend to all. Well worth the money. We rated this the best park of all.
The transportation to Knotts Berry Farm was excellent, instructions were clear and we were at our destination with lots of time. Pick up was also prompt. Knotts itself was a disappointment. We didn't realize most of the side attractions would be closed and even some rides. The cost of food was ridiculous so we ate off site. We would definitely book through this site again but never again to Knotts Berry Farm, we would chose Universal Studios next time.
Picked up on time and driver to Knott's was very friendly, funny and talked the whole way about how Knott's began, where to eat and what to do. It was great!!
