Staff at point lof origin are very helpful. Commentary on bus in various languages is excellent. Gives a good, quick overview of city, and 24 hour use of ticket allows one to go back and stop at places desired to be seen or learn more about.

Was a great way to see the city. More direction as to where to catch the bus as we had to dodge the many pushy cab drivers until we finally found the bus stop. At the end of the day there was a large line to get back to the ship, a second bus was re-routed to ensure everyone got back on time.

I almost always take a hop-on-hop-off tour if available in the city I am visiting and Athens did not disappoint. However, paying the extra few $$ for the 48 hour pass is a waste since the pass bought on the bus is good for a free second day.

The guide was excellent - We weren't able to go to Central Athens to end the tour which wasn't the tour's fault. This was to do with a demonstration at the time. I loved it.
