This bungy jump was a blast!! Great, friendly staff. Will definitely go back again in the future!!
After having climbed Sydney and Brisbane we were looking forward to Auckland so much and we were not disappointed. The whole experience was very relaxed and our guide, Dan, was great. We were very happy with the whole Viator package, from the reminder email, to the bus ride, to the climb, very happy, thanks, Jim.

Doing what: Auckland Harbour Bridge Bungy Jump
This was an amazing experience, beautiful views and great staff as well. Perfect for first-timers and the only ocean touch jump in the world! I jumped twice and will definitely go again before I leave Auckland.

Doing what: Waitomo Glowworm Caves Discovery Tour from Auckland
I booked using Viator which would send my booking to a travel agent in NZ. The travel agent didn't check their email so nobody knew that I had paid for everything in total. Had to do last minute chase-up calls. Calling internationally to Viator only to let the answering machine tell me that 'Viator is an online company and will only deal with issues online'. Very frustrating!! Don't see why they have a phone number in the first place then. Other than this panicky hiccup, the actual tour itself was lots of fun and very intriguing.
Wonderful experience, lovely tour guide.

Doing what: Auckland City Highlights Tour
It was a long day but thoroughly enjoyed!
This is a good value when compared to buying all the tickets separately, although the day was rushed, not really giving you much time to really experience everything in depth. On the other hand, if you only have one day in Auckland, this is a good option.
Good trip for when we had just arrived in Auckland. Driver was good with helpful information.
Awesome is the word, what a view of the Harbour. Our guide new it all and was a ton of fun, she made the climb! Our age range was 12 to 59 years, an easy climb for all. Do it!
