Great overview of the city and good commentary. Discounts for entry to main sites is also a nice added bonus for this tour.

Easy way to see the city in a short period of time. Would be nice to have busses running more frequently so more sights could be visited.

An excellent way to see the city and go to the venues you want to see. If I had more time I would have used a 2 day pass.

We had a great trip. Our guide was outstanding and so was her assistant. The guide drove well, got us to places on time, chatted about the most interesting aspects of things we were seeing and gave us persepctive on Maori life in New Zealand. Thanks very much .

We cannot rate this tour because our cruise itinerary was changed twice, so we were not able to use the tour - more's the pity! We have given a Five star rating because the company responded courteously to our emails regarding our change of plan.

Had no problem with location of the Hop on Tour bus... the bus driver and everyone was so friendly and really enjoyed the tour..

We were able to buy our ticket online before leaving Australia so when we reached our port in Auckland it was only a five minute walk to the bus stop where the friendly staff were waiting. The bus ride was as good as we had hoped for. Highly recommend this bus to any cruisers that like to do their own thing in port.

Great tour of Auckland. The bus was good and clean, the driver was a 'character' and was friendly and knowledgable. We saw many different aspects of the city and it is worth the time.

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. It took us on the two lines. Our drivers were more than helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable of the places and history of Auckland - highly recommended !!

When booking the tour, I had arranged with the agent to be picked up at the Hilton as we were coming in on a early am flight and planned to have breakfast there. However, after we were not picked up at the allotted time, the Hilton front desk called the tour office for us and it seems that since we were not registered in the hotel our pickup was cancelled! Fortunately, there was enough time for us to take a taxi to the main office to catch the 9:30 tour which all in all was a good one.
