I just want to thank viator for their help in organizing the hop on hop off bus. This is value for money as we were able to get discounts with our tickets on most attractions.
well worth taking this tour as it helps with deciding what to do and where to go in Auckland.

Great way to get around and see the sights of Auckland. We also enjoyed linking up with the blue bus which went to the outer suburbs, didn't have much time to stop in places but at least we had a good look. Great value for money.

Doing what: Auckland Hop-on Hop-off Tour
The whole thing was fabulous. The staff were helpful and friendly, the commentary was really informative without being stuffy. I am a NZer and I learnt really interesting facts about Auckland. By buying a 2 day pass we could use the buses to get wherever we wanted. Highly recommend the Tour.

Doing what: Auckland Hop-on Hop-off Tour
Loved this. The drivers couldnt have been more helpful. Because we were off a cruise ship there were a lot of people at all the stops but there were also staff from your company there to direct everyone and make sure no one got left behind.
Very impressive, and felt very safe.

It was a great way to get the overall layout of Auckland - and loved the fact they picked us up from our hotel next to the airport. Great value! Excellent guides.

A great way to get a feel for the city. The hour wait at each hop off point was a little long and certainly impacted on where we hopped off. The drivers were very helpful. Buses clean.

Doing what: Auckland Hop-on Hop-off Tour
We enjoyed our day and visited lots of interesting places. The connection to an outer circular route is a great idea. The commentary with added points by the driver was well worth while. My only disappointment was that the day ended so early. I think the last bus could finish around 6pm even in winter.

Doing what:
We had a great day, Peter or as his friends call him Pete was wonderful. We were there for only 2 days but was able to see so much on the " Auckland Great Day Out" tour. I really would recommend if you only have 1 day to spend in Auckland do this tour. It is amazing how much stuff you can cram into 8 hours It also worked out great for my two daughters 15 and 10 the zoo, aqauarium, the tower, and a quick shopping stop. Plus some different gardens. New Zealand is as beautiful as I had heard it was and I only saw a small part of it. Jerry Greeneville TN USA

Doing what: Auckland Hop-on Hop-off Tour
A great way to get around and see Auckland. However, one of the stops said 'Fish Market' and all there was was wholesale fish market, retails fish shops and a couple of coffee shops. The shops and craft market where not there as stated on the brochure. The craft market in Victoria Street had closed some 6 months earlier. At our first stop 'Bastion Point Lookout' the timetable said the bus arrives to pick us up at 9.40 a.m. At 9.30a.m.I see the bus leave without us. The next bus arrives at 10.00 a. m. No problem if you have time, but if you have to be on the ship at a certain time, then shore time is limited. The connection for the satellite bus at the museum is great and gets us to Mt Eden to see a spectacular view of the city of Auckland. We also see the crater of an extinct volcano there.
