Week One: Sydney
Chances are you’ll be flying into the teeming, bustling world of Sydney. Famous for the beautiful Sydney Harbour and Sydney Opera House, expansive beaches, and a state-of-the-art aquarium, Sydney is a world unto itself. For a convenient and comprehensive way to see the sites once you’ve landed, consider picking up a Sydney Sightseeing Pass which allows you to explore the city and a list of 35 attractions at your own pace. Hop on a bus and head over to spend a day at Bondi beach, or laze the afternoon away pointing at the cute and cuddly (but surprisingly fierce) koalas in the Koala Park. In Sydney, you can get a sense of big city living at an Australian’s pace.
Week Two: Melbourne
Melbourne is something akin to being the darling of Australia. A funky and friendly town, the city is still large, ocean-side, and thriving. Pick up a Melbourne Sightseeing and Attraction Pass to explore this maze of winding roadways, off-the-track boutiques, and opulent restaurants which offer you the chance to soak up a bit of Australian culture the Melbourne way. Shop ‘til you drop on Brunswick before getting lost on the many labyrinthine laneways of Melbourne’s funky and sometimes irreverent back-alley streets. While here, be sure to sample Melbourne’s lively riverside atmosphere in Southbank, and dive headlong into Melbourne’s rooftop culture where bars, cinemas, and restaurants make innovative use of space and offer guests unrivaled views of the city skyline.
Week Three: Brisbane and the Gold Coast
The Gold Coast is known the world around for being the surfside, beach-laden run of golden coastline. Here, sleepy surf towns dot the long strip of Pacific-blue water until you reach the bustling capital of Queensland that is Brisbane. Once here, you can relax along the lush riverside gardens of South Bank, browse through the rich and diverse markets, or swim in the South Bank lagoon. Consider spending your time exploring what lies on Brisbane’s doorstep with a Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast Attraction Pass.
Week Four: Tasmania
Wrapping up your month excursion is the little island of Tasmania off of Australia’s southern shore. Here, amidst the numerous World Heritage sites, is where all the little animals dwell. Spend a week getting back to nature and make your camp among scurrying wombats, tiny but fierce Tasmanian devils, koalas and of course the famous and always loveable kangaroos with a Tasmania Sightseeing Pass. Here, along with the beauty of Wineglass Bay, Freycinet National Park and the waterfalls of Mount Field, you’re sure to find the sense of peace and quiet that every great vacation offers the wary traveler.
The best way to explore all that Australia has to offer is to pick up an Australia Multi-City Attraction Pass, giving you the opportunity to visit Australia’s best attractions at your own pace with more than 70 top attractions and activities to choose from.

Doing what: Sydney Sightseeing Pass: See Sydney Card and Attraction Pass
This card is a brilliant investment and time saver if you truly wish to take in the sights of Sydney whether by train, bus or ferry. It was really convenient and saved having to think about budgeting for daily extra costs. I have used similar cards in New York and this is a brilliant concept. Thanks.
