Doing what: Uluru (Ayers Rock) Outback Barbecue Dinner and Star Tour
Fantastic. yes the sky was completely overcast with no stars in sight but that is the weather. The guides did their best to tell stories to make up for this and the BBQ was great. Highly recommended.

It was a good experience the view of the "rock" and later on the BBQ dinner.
The only sort of regret is that there were so many people at the rock viewing point that it was not a moment of quietness. But, hey, it is a tourist attraction, right?
Thanks for the guides, the driver, the food and all.

Friendly staff and well organised. Good food too assuming that you eat red meat! You are given a park ticket valid for 3 days, so do this early on and use the ticket for the rest of your visits. Overall? Recommended for sure

Difficult as it was the first time it had rained at Aires rock ((urulu) for 9 months so it was cancelled part way through, but I have to say the Viator response was excellent and we got 70 percent refund credited before we even had to ask for it. Pity about the interruption but these things happen.

One of my most favorite memories: sitting in total silence and listening to nature, watching the stars. Everything was perfect from beginning to end, the food was impeccable and the service amazing. Word of caution: turn your light low to distract the bugs.

This was a good evening, It was well organised and the veiws were spectacular. The wine flowed freely and there was plenty of food. I would, however, have liked a slightly longer talk from the astronomer, maybe pointing out a few more constellations.

Enjoyed the trip. The food was a better than you are likely to get in resort and the staff were pleasant.

Cancelled due to inclement weather - but same menue and entertainment were offered in a big marque for about a third of the cost. Excellent service and nice food. Very enjoyable evening despite the disappointment of not being under the stars.

This is a very pricey events so know that the foods is average and go only for sunset shots far from the rock and a good look at the stars of the southern sky. Still, I would not go to Uluru and not do this dinner. Dress for the weather, in layers, not like you see in the ads.

Overall we thought this was really good. What we would have liked is longer at the sunset location to take more photo's. The star talk at the end of the evening was definitely the highlight, wow so many stars and the milky way.
