The smallest national park in the Bahamas, Peterson Cay National Park is a 1.5 acre protected area located off the southern coast of Grand Bahama Island. The national park includes the tiny uninhabited island of Peterson Cay and the surrounding marine environment. Only accessible by boat, Peterson Cay National Park is a popular destination for snorkeling, diving and watersports. The island is also home to a bird sanctuary.
