Great tour that leads you to a few of the major hot spots that would have been difficult to get to independently. Our guide was very helpful and kind, open to many questions we had about life in Bali. The only thing that I was surprised at, he took us to see the monkeys at a temple but not specifically the monkey forest. It was a fun experience nonetheless, as we got to see a fruit bat as well.
Very good Tour, the tour guide was fun and informative. The overall tour could've been a little shorter though, but definitely recommend it!
It was nice to walk through monkeys and feed them. Make sure to grab bananas and apples before you get there ;)
Very informative tour guide. I thoroughly enjoyed it!
One person cannot be served.
Great trip, got a great taste of Bali in a short space of time.
The monkey forest was a highlight, but a little short. You are obliged to visit the local guides handcraft stall to make a purchase can be a little uncomfortable, but they do not make you make a purchase.
Group sizes are small which are good.
Guide is knowledgeable.
Incredible experience and truely unique.
Appreciated the diverse mix of tour stops, at the tea and coffee place, the temples and the monkey forest.
Well informed guide who was also lovely.
Our guide was incredible. So helpful, wonderful information about his country, very well versed. Spent much time explaining things and answering our questions. Went above and beyond to make our tour go well.
Really enjoyable and informative. We were the only people on the tour. Our guide took his time and didn't rush. Excellent sights and glad I picked this one.
What an awesome experience, we saw lots of beautiful sights, the monkey forest was awesome.
This was an amazing tour worth doing
From the time we were picked up from our hotel , our guide and driver made our long journey so relaxed and pleasant , in addition to the places we were due to visit along the way our guide stopped at place where they make local cloths , coffee/tea plantation and ate some of there local food , which the locals we met at these places were so lovely and made you really welcome. The monkey forest was brilliant , was so surprised that they were all roaming about the place we stopped at , we had a guide with us from there , which she walked around with us , we bought food for them to eat , which all of a sudden loads of them appeared and were so cute feeding from your hands , took loads of pictures of the monkeys and they just sat there posing . We also saw fruit bats which live in the same place as the monkeys but not too keen on them. The Mengwi Temple was beautiful, our guide gave us the full history of this , as walking around we were met with a load of local school children doing projects , which they stopped to ask us a few questions , they were lovely , the last was the best Tanah Lot , it was amazing and hundreds of people go to visit this place , which when the sunset goes down the scenery and views are outstanding , such a beautiful place , our guide and driver even waited whilst we had something to eat in a restaurant which sits on the top of a cliff and overlooks the sea , was so relaxing and the food was lovely . Would recommend this trip to anyone that wants to go on trips in Bali , the place itself is amazing and will never forget this holiday
Rip off company same crowd i have previously reviewed i was only one on this tour this sort of stuff needs to be pointed out it a group tour if you are only one booked tell customer as for outting i wanted to ho to minkey forrest as advertised to play and cuddle monkeys was takung to some cheap replacement places and instructed to not touch monkeys false advertising as usual with this company i did like some of temple visit was pretty sunset but was rushed to get there as driver had stopped at a whole lot of workshop places to try and get me to buy their crafts when i wanted more time at proper monkey forrest and still get to see sunset at the temple the coffee plantation was yum tho
This tour was amazing!
This tour was amazing!
It was an great couple of attractions, highly recommend, just needed more time at Tanah Lot, was alittle rushed at the end.
Our tour guide was excellent and the driver was very good. We had very good time.
This was a fantastic day out! The temples are amazing, just looking at them you can see the history. Tanah Lot was very busy with tourists, but is in a spectacular location overlooking the Indian Ocean. Your guide will take you to a restaurant located on a cliff-top next to Tanah Lot that has a spectacular view. The food is pretty average, the bathroom facilities are not good, but the view and ambience of the setting is a fantastic.
I had done this tour before however my partner had not. I found my first tour better that this one. The tour guide from my previous tour explained Bali life and was quite happy to share his knowledge throughout the trip whilst this tour, the tour guide hardly spoke until we came to the specific sites. We also did not get much chance to spend time at any of the places as we were running late due to bad weather and the road conditions (understandably not the tour company's fault for the weather) however this should have been factored in and the tour possibly run a little later? Not everything was provided as per the outline of the tour.
well planned, very fun, completely worth it. would recommend to anyone going to bali!
Anecdotally I've heard a lot of tours in Bali are just wrapped up shopping experiences. This tour was fantastic and our driver took us to a lot of places I didn't expect to see. All in all it lasted 8 hours!
Anthony our guide was lovely, his mic was broken though so commentary stunted during travel.
coffee, monkey forest and art market seemed opportunities for other vendors to push their goods upon us, and they did push! Literally!
gullangang, mengwi and tanah lot made up for all misgivings though, absolutely beautiful!
The monkeys are a little cheeky. Be careful not to ware lose items such as hats. They are as quick as lightning and will have your hat off your head and up a tree before you know what has happened. Getting your stuff back from them can be done by swapping your stuff for bananas.
It was okay, got to see some nice places, would have liked more time at Tanah Lot! Tour guide took us to some extra places which was nice, for the money it was reasonable.
Not really worth the time. Taken to batik store, jewellers and coffee plantation where the hard sell was to buy. Only had 30 minutes at the monkey forest and then the guide within the forest did the 'hard sell' to buy from her stall which you feel obliged to.In all we only had 30 minutes at the monkey forest and 30 minutes at Tanah lot. Didn't even get the opportunity to see Mengwi Temple. Not a lot of information offered about the areas we were travelling through either. All in all an extremely disappointing afternoon.
