For those looking for high-octane celebrations on New Year’s, the Kuta, Legian and Seminyak beach strip of Bali is the place to be. Each area offers events on a sliding scale of extravagance. The Kuta bar strip, running perpendicular to the beach, will boast the regular clubs and bars all vying to outdo each other with drink specials and low cover charges.
