Great day tour to see all the prominent features in the vicinity of Banff. The tour was operated by Brewster's. The lunch included consisted of a couple of OK sandwiches, chips, a fruit or cookie and a soft drink.

Doing what: Lake Louise and Moraine Lake Tour

This was an excellent tour. The bus driver/tour guide was very knowledgeable and native to the area. Although there were only five people on a large bus that could have accommodated about 30 people, we had extra time as a result of fewer tourists.

Very good trip. Spectacular water falls. Lots to see and lots of wild life including Bears. It's a pity that they don't use smaller buses so that you could get out when you saw the wild life.

Doing what: Mountain Lakes and Waterfalls Day Trip from Banff

Our tour was changed to a shorter version, tour ended at 2 pm instead of 5-6 pm. We didn't see some spots, but what we saw was very beautiful. I loved Johnston Canyon and lake Moraine (as well as lake Louise, but this one we saw a day before on another trip as well). Pity that we didn't see everything what was planed on this tour due to road closure.

A good day out. Lake Louise was amazing - as expected. Friendly and knowledgeable guide.

Doing what: Lake Louise and Moraine Lake Tour

Our trip guide (the curly-haired French girl) was excellent. She was informative and entertaining and made the trip to both lakes very enjoyable. Great fun.

Doing what: Rocky Mountains Tour: Banff to Jasper

We had a great coach driver who stopped the bus when we spotted wild animals. We managed to film a mother bear and her two cubs who were wondering around near the road. The scenery was beautiful and there was plenty of time to do everything.

It was absolutely amazing! we had a great tour guide and enough time for all the stations. well done!^^

Doing what: Lake Louise and Moraine Lake Tour

Unfortunately we were unaware that the Moraine Lake part of the tour was closed due to snow, until we boarded the bus. The driver was very informative and because we only visited Lake Louise we actually had more time there. Amazing place to visit

Doing what: Lake Louise and Moraine Lake Tour

A spectacular tour attended by a knowledgeable and helpful guide (Lindsay), who made sure our day was comfortable, well organized and memorable. Nothing more could have been packed into our time spent traveling this wonderful part of Canada. Well done, and we hope to be back one day!

Doing what: Lake Louise and Moraine Lake Tour

A couple of possibilities promised at Moraine Lake did not eventuate, due to changes made without the bus-driver/ guide's knowledge, to her embarrassment. While cheerful, and clearly enagaged by the beautiful setting involved in this line of work, she did not provide as much commentary about the history/ environment as hoped, instead giving a good deal of autbiography, which may have interested some people, but which struck us as self-indulgent and ego-centric. It surprised us when she simply did not know the name of a prominent river crossed prior to Lake Louise. On the way in, she stopped the bus for us to photograph a small flock of big-horned sheep, proclaiming these as her favourite creature locally. On the way out, after telling us that she sees an elk every day of her working life, she did not likewise stop, though, when we passed a big, fully antlered bull elk sitting on the grass verge beside the ride, so settled that he might have been drinking a cup of coffee. No photo opportunity there, folks, it seemed, even though none of us passengers happen to see such magnificent creatures on any given day otherwise, much less on a daily basis. We had the distinct feeling that our driver - at the end of the season - simply wanted to get home, whereas we would most likely never be there again. Talking later with fellow travellers who had taken this company's same tour, but with a different bus/ driver at the same time, they were much more satisfied by the level of information provided. Not abysmal overall, with some humour and warmth and charm, but rather disappointing as a whole.

I really enjoyed my day trip. The coach driver was very knowledgeable on the sights we visited, all of which were beautiful. The lunch at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise was more than I could eat - in all, it was a really great day.
