Knowlege of the area was wonderful information given by our guide. We found the tour was running on time and everyone was very pleasant and seemed to really enjoy their job. We would recommend this tour!
It was excellent.
The driver was friendly and gave lots of interesting information and was helpful all day.
It was as enjoyable as interesting. Thankyou.
The tour itself was great! Man problems with the time of the reservation. Viator seems to be a 3rd party booker, so problems arise with commnications betwee customer, Viator and people actually putting on the tour. Had to rearrange whole schedule for the day as they gave me the wrong time for pickup. Luckily, I called the day before to confirm.
We had a great coach driver who stopped the bus when we spotted wild animals. We managed to film a mother bear and her two cubs who were wondering around near the road. The scenery was beautiful and there was plenty of time to do everything.
Well, we didn't see a bear or a moose, but our tour guide, Ben made sure we saw plenty of wildlife on this great tour, plus all the best places for photographs. A great experience and one to remember for a long time. All your tour guides are a credit to your company.
The main problem with this tour was the design of the bus. It was a mini bus which was full. We did see elk a number of times but unless you were sitting on the close side of the bus, you had a poor view and very difficult to take photos. There were no photo stops when we did go past some scenic lookouts.
Excellent trip. Very informative and entertaining. Only improvement would be longer for lunch and better facilities for purchasing some food.
The only wildlife we saw were elk that were on the local golf course.I realize that they can't always predict where wild animals will be but it would have helped if our young driver was more knowledgeable. Anyone wanting to see elk should just drive themselves to the golf course.
It was one of the most beautiful tours we booked in the Rockies. The guide was very professional. Even if you rent a car, you could not replicate this tour alone in one day. We especially liked the walk threw Johnston Canyon and Takakkaw falls.
