Mike Morrison, Our driver, was excellent as a tour guide and driver. His knowledge of the area was outstanding. What a great trip on a clean modern coach. He made the experience perfect. The time was just right at each stop and the views incredible.

Doing what: Mountain Lakes and Waterfalls Day Trip from Banff

Mike talked just the right amount of time and always was informative and often funny! A total pleasure, first to last, with an excellent-value lunch voucher at Lake Louise. The itinerary was packed with exactly what I wanted to see. The time for short hikes was ample, and we were on time the whole way.

Doing what: Mountain Lakes and Waterfalls Day Trip from Banff

What a fabulous journey with lunch included. A fantastic opportunity to photograph some of Canada's most beautiful scenery. The stops are brief but just enough to allow yourself a promise to return at leisure. A truly well planned tour!

Doing what: Mountain Lakes and Waterfalls Day Trip from Banff

It was our last day in the Rockies. On this half-day tour we just wanted to relax and enjoy the beauty of the lake. The guide in the boat surprised us because he was very nice and told us very interesting facts.

Doing what: Athabasca Glacier Snow Trip from Banff

My granddaughter and I had a fantastic experience. The guide was so knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to take pictures both on the journey to and from the Glacier. We were also fortunate enough to see a black bear and some ground squirrels. The Glacier, well you just have to do it. As my granddaughter said it's 'the biggest ice cube ever.'

Doing what: Athabasca Glacier Snow Trip from Banff

The trip fulfilled the one glaring omission we had on our two and a half week "Across Canada" holiday. Our fellow tourists were extremely envious when we showed them some marvelous photos the following day. A few of them were engineers and would have given their "eye tooth" to have seen the Ice Explorer. Our group did not visit Peyto Lake, which was the most beautiful of all the lakes we came across on our trip. But above all, the trip was made so enjoyable because of our guide, he was absolutely brilliant and undoubtedly the best of all the tour guides we encountered on our holiday. The range of knowledge he possessed was incredible and he delivered it in an interesting way. Thanks again for providing us with one of the highlights of a wonderful holiday in a wonderful country.

Doing what: Athabasca Glacier Snow Trip from Banff

We were unable to do the Glacier part of the tour due to bad weather, but we were refunded for that part of the trip. Otherwise, it was a very good and pleasant tour with a helpful guide. I would recommend it.
