Knowlege of the area was wonderful information given by our guide. We found the tour was running on time and everyone was very pleasant and seemed to really enjoy their job. We would recommend this tour!
An excellent tour! Our guide Hugh was very knowledgable about this part of Canada and passionate about bears. We called at Lake Louise, the Takakkaw Falls and saw the Spiral Tunnels, which are part of the Canadian Pacific Railway. The highlight, after lunch at the highest restaurant in Canada, was definitely seeing Boo the Grizzly Bear in his refuge. He obligingly sat at the fence whilst one of his "keepers" told us all about him. He seemed very content in his twenty acre reserve which you have to reach by ski lift. The bus was not too big and the company seem to really care about the environment. I would recommend this trip to anyone interested in wildlife. A wild black bear obligingly crossed the road in front of the bus on the way down from visiting Boo. This trip was the highlight of our visit to Canada.
Great trip - Andrew was a great tour guide and knew lots of interesting information about the area and Bou the grizzly. The bus was comfortable and lunch was excellent. Bou was the highlight of the day - he came right up to the fence so we got an excellent view of him. Definitely go on this tour!
The tour itself was great! Man problems with the time of the reservation. Viator seems to be a 3rd party booker, so problems arise with commnications betwee customer, Viator and people actually putting on the tour. Had to rearrange whole schedule for the day as they gave me the wrong time for pickup. Luckily, I called the day before to confirm.

i got to see a lot more of Banff and the surrounding area than expected and even saw lots of wildlife such as a mountain goat wandering down the middle of the road. The gondola ride was good and I recommend walk all the way to the top of the mountain. Great views!
For those without their own transportation, good way to see the sights and hear a lot of information about the area between Banff and the glacier. Actually saw and took pictures of two brown bears on the way up. The actual trip onto the glacier was well worth the trip.
The tour was excellent and very good value for money. The guide,a gentleman calley Roy, was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He enhanced our enjoyment of the tour. Booking tours like this in advance through Viator is splendid especially as, having paid in advance, you can budget more easily on your holiday
Absolutely superb. We had a small group visit to the refuge and fantastic sightings of Boo bear in his natural habitat. Due to the end of season and a few areas of the tour unavailable the tour company replaced them with other points of interested which were amazing.
Very nice tour to be take part of. It is a pity you can stay on the glacier for a short time.
This was my favourite excursion! Great tour leader , very nice spot where we had lunch. Boo was stunning, he took the bath during our visit and our photos are outstanding!
