Doing what: Private Tour: Bangkok Temples including reclining Buddha at Wat Pho
Well worth doing, just the guide and the two of us. The day was really hot. The guide definitely knew his history.

Doing what: Private Tour: Bangkok Temples including reclining Buddha at Wat Pho
The tour operator in Asia sent their best tour guide! I went on both Bangkok tours with him. The tour in general was very complete. The Reclining Buddha is a must see! I've been to mostly all Asia. The temples in Thailand are just special architecture-wise, and the people are kind.

Much better if you are traveling in groups of 4 or more. Did not see third temple as being used for government function and area was cordoned off, and no substitute was offered.

This was a great tour because we got to set the pace, and it was not so rushed that we missed spending time at sites, but we were not held up by slow pokes, either. Our tour guide was marvelous!

This was a very interesting tour, but all the traffic getting there and back to our hotel was horrendous and spoiled the day.

Our guide was excellent and gave us not only a tour but an insight into Thai culture. Our bonus was that there was only us two so we had the undivided attention of the guide.

We had a fantastic tour guide who was very helpful and informative. She accommodated our needs and was attentive to our questions. She made us feel important and spent all the time we required at each stop. Excellent tour.

We took the private tour and our guide had answers for everything. Plus, we had all the leg room we wanted!
