Once again a wonderful night, we bothed enjoyed it very much, can recommend to anybody.
Doing what: Bangkok Dinner Cruise on the Chao Phraya River
Very good. Ou tour guide was exceptional, very good English and very knowlegable.
Have done this trip before and as always excellant.
Excellent day with long tail speedboat ride, walk across bridge, train ride etc. Great value for money
Very interesting visit to a unique place. Even though the floating market has been considerably commercialized to cater to tourists, one can get a good appreciation of how it would have been before a few decades. The cultural show in the Rose Garden center is of a high standard that matches the production standards of a Las Vegas show. Overall, a highly enjoyable tour.
Highly enjoyable and informative tour.
Once again I loved this trip. Have been 3 times as I have taken different friends to see it, and they all enjoyed it as well
The grand palace visit was excellent although it was rushed and very brief.
The sites themselves were quite interesting, and I would recommend the tour as essentially a "must do" in Bangkok. However, the guide, who was a freelancer, though technically competent, was not all that engaged. He "knew his stuff," including the best spots to take pictures, which was very helpful, but seemed to be somewhat "burned out," and probably should have retired some time ago. That said, his knowledge was still quite high and it was possible to get a lot from the tour even without his full engagement and enthusiasm.
Of the four hours on this trip only 40 minutes was spent in the Royal Palace - more time was spent at a gem factory which we were taken to without notice. In retrospect I could have visited the palace by myself without taking this tour.
The tour was one of the best day tours I've ever been on. Donna was our guide and she made it extra special. She is an exceptional tour guide. She explained the history of Ayuttaya and the summer palace. She took time to take photos of everyone who wanted them. She made you feel very comfortable and was willing to help you in any way possible.
This was the perfect day trip to get out of Bangkok, see some of the beautiful countryside of Thailand, and do some fun activities! While I agree with other reviews that the ox-cart ride wasn't the most exciting thing, the rest of the trip more than makes up for it with the market stop (trying and seeing new things), learning how to cook traditional Thai food for lunch, exploring the waterfall, and, saving the best for last, riding the elephant! The tour guides were excellent, keeping us clear of the protests and being very fun to talk to and interact with, and although there is a bit of driving on this tour, it was definitely worth it. For those who party the night before, plenty of time to nap on the bus, and for those who are wide awake the guides are interesting to talk to about anything you want to talk about. Great time!
I only had a few days in Bangkok before i left for Cambodia. This trip let me enjoy the river which included a fabulous lunch with lots to eat. Being able to walk around Ayutthaya in order to appreciate its former grandeur was an experience i am very glad i had. i would highly recommend this tour. the ease of being picked up from your hotel as well as dropped off took all stress out of the day.
Only problem was the hotel pick up as the hotel I was staying at was not on the list.I could not find the hotel I was meant to be picked up from thou when I got back to my hotel and told reception they phoned this company up,was asked if I wanted to go on it the next day(my answer yes) and the reception staff the next day led me to the pick up place where I eventually was picked up.Top tour and 10 out of 10 for help and assistance!will highly recommend this tour to people.
A must when you visit Bangkok, we had been there 2 years ago and wanted to experience it again. With viator no asle no problems no nonsense, great guide and good chauffeur what do you want more ;)? great half day of excursion in a magic King and I spot.Enjoy your visit and please do not touch anything...let's preserve at it is...
A fun tour. The best parts were the canal boat ride through a tropical area both very quiet and so peaceful and then viewing the floating market. Also, a top site was the chedi at Nakhom Pathom and also the shows at the Rose Garden Cultural Center were interesting. We had a great buffet lunch at the Rose Garden.
