We took this tour on 28 August 2013. The tour was fantastic. We went through back streets, ally ways and markets. It was really a great way to see the local Bangkok away from tourists!
Doing what: Bangkok Small-Group Bike Tour
Great tour great sights. Highly recommended .
A very educational and amazing tour! Startled by the architectural design specially the glittering glass gem stones and gold trimmings,
I highly recommend this private tour of some of the most beautiful and unique sites in Bangkok. My guide and driver took great care of me and gave me the flexibility to spend as much time as I wanted in certain places. It was an informative and fun afternoon!
Absolutely beautiful! The Summer Palace is a true photo opportunity, and the visit to the ancient capital of Siam was well-worth every minute. We had an opportunity to see the outdoor reclining Buddha. The buffet meal served on the cruise back to Bangkok exceeded our expectations.
Intersting trip, really well organised with a lovely lady guide. Only detail to improve can be the lunch on the boat and may be the trip back goes too slowly.
The tour guide spoke great English and gave a lot of information about all the sites we saw. It was well organized and the guide kept the group moving along so that everything was covered on the schedule. I would highly recommended this tour.
The reclining Buddha and the 180 buckets behind him was so special - unforgettable!
What a beautiful spectacle and the tour guide was so informative!
Excellent! A must tour for any trip to Bangkok
The cruise is very nice and the temple and palace are very interesting to see. However the last stop at the jewel store was pure waste of time and delayed stupidely our afternoon program
Very informative guide, good selection of temple
The tour guide spoke very bad English. We didn't appreciate the jewellry makers stop at the end of the tour. We felt very under pressure to buy something when all we wanted to do was walk around by ourselves. When we left without buying anything the lady that had followed ALL THE WAY around the store seemed very annoyed!
The trip would of been awesome, if we weren't constantly treated as money bags: on the canal we had "unscheduled stop" for some lady trying to sell us things, noone cared about. Then after visiting Grand Palace we were taken to Gem factory, where sales person was trying to sell us very expensive jewelry and if that wasn't enough, after that we were supposed to go to tailor factory, where I am sure they would of try to sell us suits and so on. My recommendation: once you visit Grand Palace opt out of going to gem factory. Waste of our time!!!
The tour guide's command of English was poor. It was very difficult to understand his descriptions and history of the sites we visited.
