Perfect and on time
Very professional, smooth, enjoyable ride in an air-conditioned Mercedes. We felt like royalty!

Driver was on time ,but ad said a car will be us up! NOT A VAN ,if I wanted a van i could of taken a taxi at the dock and not 3 times higher than a taxi ride ctennen
This was very good. The driver was courteous and arrived right on time. However we thought it was overpriced. Our hotel was no more than 10 minutes from the pier.
Our driver arrived 5 minutes early, was very courteous, safe driver and all in all, made our trip to the hotel very enjoyable.
My daughter and I were thoroughly impressed. The driver, in chauffeur attire, was waiting for us in luxury vehicle as we exited cruise terminal. He drove us quickly and efficiently to airport where he waited to insure that he parked squarely in front of the entrance which led to the desk of our airline. He even pulled up the handles of our luggage for us. At first appearance the cost seems high, but when you look at it in comparison to the fee of the cruise line (it was $10 more per person) to be put on a bus with 30 other people then our ride was well worth the difference.

Driver was on time and helpful. Had a bit of trouble with one of our bags (sheared a wheel off), but otherwise provided good service.
Good service once we were able to find the transfer company. Difficult to find, particularly after regular hours.
The driver was on time if not alittle early...excellent service and could not have been better.
I was pleased with the transfer service. There was a mix up in the size of the vehicle but it all worked out well and we got our luggage in the vehicle for any easy transfer. Thanks again for the great services.
