Excellent tour, particularly made by the 4 Aussies who also joined this tour. Would have been 5 star rating if there had been less faffing about getting to/from the boat and the promised on board snacks had been provided.

Excellent bus - unfortunately it rained, so we came down to the bottom level, but the rain kept on rushing down the staircase like a small torrent. Would have been much better on a sunny day!

We were very disappointed in this service. Due to a sporting event some roads were closed. Despite being given instructions by a Policeman on how to get to our Hotel our driver dumped us and our luggage over two blocks from our Hotel. He said the street the Hotel was in was closed. However taxis and cars were using the street and a taxi was even dropping off guests at the Hotel when we finally reached it.

No one was there to meet us at the airport. We waited almost three hours to be picked up. It was not pleasant.

This was one of the real highlights of our trip. The lines wrapped around the block, yet we just went to head of the line instead. When you consider time vs: Money, it was worth every dime!
