I booked a transfer from the port at Barcelona to the airport. Our ship arrived early and we were ready prior to the time arranged for our pick up at the pier therefore were not expecting to wait. By the time we went out the first thing we saw was a very nice, very professional looking gentleman carrying a card with my name and ready for us. The transport was sort of a new and comfortable van. The driver took care of everything and delivered us on time at the airport. Very nice service, excellent driver. Kudos to Viator!

This was an unforgettable experience. My first time sailing and it was amazing! The swim was really nice and the water was really warm. Both members of the crew were very funny and personable so it was easy to have conversations with them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this trip!

The pick up was right on time. Transportation to our hotel was smooth and without incident. Certainly would recommend using Viator for a stress free transfer to and from the hotel and port. There were many people waiting for rides and trying to hail a cab. Although this is a little pricey, this is definitely the way to go.

This was a fun experience and our tour guide, Adrien, was excellent. We had very choppy water the day of our tour so it was too rough to swim but the boat was nice, refreshments were offered and the views were great!!

Great way to get around a large city and see all the sites. Would have been better if they start running earlier as most tourist spots open the same time as the run starts and the queues are long.

I was extremely disappointed in the transfer from Barcelona Airport. We were delayed 3 hours and no one was available to pick up up when we arrived. We looked for the transfer operator in the Airport and the station was closed. Information desks as the airport were useless, no one was willing to help. I found a represenstataive who was there to pick up other travelors as we were about to get a taxi and he called the office to confirm our reservation. He finally got us to the hotel, it took over 1 hour to get this resolved. I would never use this service again.

A+++, driver showed up a few minutes early, was friendly and courteous, loaded and unloaded our bags, and got us to the airport with time to spare. I was expecting problems and was pleasantly surprised.
