Fantastic tour! Dali museum is tge best and so worth visiting. I'm so glad i went other wise i would have missed this amazing place.
A real experience. Our guide, Anna, was great. Her knowledge of art and history of Salvador Dali was excellent. Visiting the museum without a good guide would be a mistake. I could have passed much of the art without realizing what I was seeing. The trip to his house on the water gave a good look at the man and how he really lived.
This was a well organised and interesting day tour. A great opportunity for me with limited time and no personal transport. The museum, and Cadaques house and village were very good destinations to learn more about Dali. The guide was good, but it would have been nice to have some more information and stories on the bus between destinations, but this is a minor point and I should have done some more homework before.
The tour was excellent. We were a small group of 7 plus our tour guide, Anna. Anna was very knowledgeable about Dali , was very entertaining and kept everybody's interest in addition to being attentive to the needs of the people in the group. She is truly an outstanding travel industry professional. .
The museum was very interesting, colorful and unique. Had time for lunch on our own at a beachside cafe in Cadaques before continuing on to Dali's former resdeince. Dali's home also refelcted the excentric character of its owner.
Very informative tour. Our guide Lydia Sekouris gave us a very detailed history of Catalunya and of Dali. Took us through the museum and explained the background of Dali's art. The village and palace and Costas Bravas made the rest of the tour very enjoyable.
I can't say enough wonderful things about this tour! We were a small group of 5 and led by Anna - she was most gracious, friendly, warm, funny, flexible and full of knowledge and fun facts. Anna greatly enhanced an already incredible sightseeing experience. The Dali Museum in Figueres, and his home in Cadaques were both magnificent! I had only a short time in Barcelona before meeting up with friends in France, I'm SO glad I chose to visit these places through Viator. I highly recommend, and I would definitely book a tour again with Viator.
Excellent tour!! There were supposed to be 8 of us, but only two couples showed up, including us. So, it was pretty much a private tour. Lydia was our guide and she was great! Salvador Dali happens to have a great importance in her life and she feels very passionate about his art and his life. So her narration was very engaging, extremely knowledgeable and emotional. She's a great driver as well and made us feel comfortable on all those windy mountain roads. Even though, it's not really a part of the tour, she spent 1.5 hrs with us at the Dali museum, continuing her narration and explaining the masterpieces to us. She has a great sense of humor and just made the day very informative and fun! She even sang to us (great voice) on the way back to Barcelona and bought us all coffee at the Cap de Creus. All in all, it was a great trip with an excellent guide and we couldn't recommend it more!

This was a great tour. If you are a Dali fan, I recommend. The groups were limited to 8 people which was perfect. We were in a comfy mini-van rather than a bus. Part of the drive was highway to save time and part was scenic which was nice. The guide was very personable and very knowledgeable about Dali, learned a lot just listening during the drive. The time allotted at each place was perfect. Nothing in Figueres except the museum, however Cadeques is beautiful/quanit. The stop for lunch was memorable, nice restaurants along the water. The museum is excellent. The home is interesting.
We thoroughly enjoyed our day especially the Dali Museum
The trip was fine. The tour in Girona was not super exciting as it was a lot of "there are 3 rocks that still remain from the old times". "you're standing on what used to be a cemetery. "
The Dali Museum was very good. Wish we had more time there to walk the streets as the town was really nice. Our bus guide was very good.
An excellent trip. The tour around Girona was excellent, the guide was very informative and enthusiastic. Carlos our guide on the bus and at the Dali museum was very friendly and helpful. The coach was very comfortable and the schedule was perfect in allowing enough time in both places. Really enjoyable day and well worth the money.
very interesting tour, best guide ever - Alexandro! But: Dali museum need moore time. We have to visit it again!
The tour was wonderful. Anna was a very passionate, friendly and knowledgeable tour guide/driver who actually talked about Dali for 2 hours to and from Figueres. At each location we went to (The Dali Museum, the Dali Castle and Palamos) , Anna gave an overall description of what we were going to see and how best to see it and then let us explore on our own. After taking this trip, you'll come away with a much greater appreciation for the man Dali. And the last stop at Palamos was a perfect way to unwind with a glass of fine Spanish wine or beer or other beverage of your choice at a seaside cafe in this enchanting little town.
Excellent tour guide on the bus. Walking tour of Girona was informative, but all you got to see was a lot of stone walls and no interiors. The Dali Museum in Figueres was excellent. Had plenty of time in Figueres and not enough in Girona.
This is a great day trip from Barcelona. I think some more time in Girona is needed, or the guide their needs to cut down her history lesson to just the key points. The Dali Museum is amazing!
