Great whirlwind tour of the region - fantastic sights! This tour allowed those in the van an intimate look into the countryside as well as how the culture changes so dramatically from one town to the next. Our tour guide Lydia really made the trip special by sharing the history of the region along the way. With that said, although our tour guide was wonderful, the other members on the tour were not. The day is only going to be as you make of it...and sometimes traveling in a small group with others that get on your nerves makes that difficult. However, with that said, I would still highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting a low-stress way to see the countryside.
This tour is a great introduction to Barcelona! Our guide, Mireya, was engaging and very knowledable. Each stop on the tour offered a distinct taste of Spanish/Catalan cuisine. The walk through the city is easy and the open air market is a highlight. We made an unscheduled stop at a Turron shop and I have never tasted such delisciousness. We truly enjoyed the tour!

This class was a blast. Learned a lot and met some great people. All the recipes were great and they turned out great. I would recommend this cooking class to everyone even if you aren't a cook. The meal we created was the best we had during our entire stay in Barcelona.

Tour guide was very good, and we had extra time to go visit whatever caught out interest. The tour guide was also very helpful inpointing us to what additional stops/sites might be the most interesting so that we were able to make the most out of the time that we had.
really good but could have been improved
The scenery was beautiful and the snow was novel. Andorra is known basically for shopping. The deals weren't that great, but the quality is good. The down side was the fan was too packed, we had to rotate the group at every stop to give relief. A larger van would have been far more comfortable.
Great trip--the tour guide was great, and we had some fun people on the tour. My only wish was that my husband and i would have had more time to explore the UNESCO World Heritage site, Mont Louis. We would heartily recommend this tour!
The day trip to both places was worth it. Our tour guide Feliciano (I hope I spelled his name right) was wonderful. First time in Spain and hopefully it won't be the last. Gracias!
We thought the trip was awesome. The museum was amazing and well worth visiting. The cog wheel train was worth the extra cost. Views were great, the choir was heavenly and the church beautiful. Downsides were the crowds in the church, so get there early. Also, 1 1/2 hours is definitely not long enough to see everything and such a shame as the travel time was 2 hours each way. Another hour would have been perfect.
My partner and I chose this trip as we are wine tasting beginners and wanted a fun and factual trip. We were picked up in a comfy mini bus and the tour guide told us about Barcelona's history whilst we drove to Monstserrat. We chose the half day option so only stayed there a short time which was perfect for us. We then visited the castle where the wine is produced which was beautiful. The tour guide was a different person called Juan who was also very friendly and knowledgeable, showing us around the castle and explaining the wine making process. We then had tapas and did the wine tasting- it was the perfect experience. I highly recommend this trip, it was the highlight of our holiday in Barcelona.
Excellent, excellent, excellent. Well worth the money honey! Brilliant architecture, commentary and pace of tour. Our guide was sensitive to the mobility needs of her group and knowledgeable in her anecdotes that personalised this Catalan experience. Picasso was a genius, Gaudi was a genius and our guide IS a genius!!! Thank you Viator.
we had a great time! The planned sailboat had problems but they quickly found another and we loved it!
I absolutely loved this trip. It was informative, fun and just right paced. Our guide Jordi was so knowledgeable and very interactive with all of us. He made sure each of us enjoyed the experience. The places we visited were amazing. I highly recommend this excursion while visiting Barcelona.
What a treat. The Palau de la Musica is an architectural marvel. The guide there was outstanding. Our guide for the walking tour, Nil, was extraordinary. He gave us a marvelous walking tour of the Gothic Quarter and was very attentive to our interests. Highly recommend.
