Was a very good tour of Berlin. You didn't have to wait long for buses. There was a couple of times when upstairs was full they would not let you sit in vacant seats downstairs.
The Hop-on-Hoff-off Tour is a great way to get around Berlin and see the major sites of the city. We were glad we did this tour! Awesome!
Great way to see the highlights of the city.
This was an excellent introduction to the major historic attractions in Berlin. I chose it first on my list of tours because it was an easy yet informative jaunt while I recovered from jet lag. Although I signed up for two days, I only used one of the days.

The tour is very long and the audio guide plays more music than information. The city was interesting.

Easy to redeem voucher, had no problems using the tickets. Enjoyed the river cruise. Perhaps would be very useful to have a location map as to where to board the cruise.
The bus was crowded, SRO or wait for the next bus. The ticket both didn't give us the ticket for the boat ride and they had no way to communicate with each other. Our option was to ride the bus back to the first stop, which by then we'd have missed the last boat trip. The tour hit some good locations and gave good narration but I could hear another language in the background.
skipped stops and wasnt very informative really the only useful part was the transportation and the berlin welcome card wold have done the same thing for less
Only way to get around Berlin, it's so big! Very easy to find and description was great!
This tour is a farce. Under no circumstance should you use it...
Initlally the problem was the info given by Viator re the meeting place was totally incorrect, and but for the help of a local we wouldn't have found the bus. We found it interesting, but we just went straight round and then stopped for a bowl of soup - but by this time the last tour had departed, so we didn't have time to go round again. However we thought the area covered in the tour was huge, and from that point of view well worth doing. We didn't expect the tour to take in such a wide area, and from that point of view we recommend it.
Good deal for a really useful means of getting to main sights.
Great tour and the fact that it lasted for 48 hours seemed to be the longest tour offered by any of the operators. Every 10 minutes there was a bus and the information on the headsets was excellent. I would have no issues promoting this to others.
