I was in Berlin last month and this tour was the best way to the city. I experienced a problem with my voucher. The name of the tour bus company was not listed and the voucher. It took some time to sort it out. Overall, great option.

We purchased the Hop=on Hop=off tour with Canal cruise package. There was confusion as to the time of the first bus. Our voucher stated that the first bus was 1000 hours but we found out later that it was 0930 hours. Locating the "office" was a big challenge as it turned out to be one of the Hop-on Hop-off bus and the bus was parked at a street corner which was quite difficult to know that it was the "office". Viator should change the times for each season of the year and be more specific about the "office". The route taken by the bus gave a comprehensive view of the city and what it has to offer. As there are many places to hop-off and on again, it would be better to ride one round trip and then hop-off on the second round to better plan sighseeing. Overall, this is the best Hop-on Hop-off tour that we enjoyed during our holiday in Germany.

This is definitely the way to see Barcelona. Take the west tour first as there is more to see (we thought) on this line.

The tour was good. The guides on the bus were excellent. To collect the pass from Hard Rock restaurant is not a good arrangement. We had to hire a taxi paying a lot of money to reach this place. The people at Hard Rock even had no information about the bus and not even from where it starts. At the start of the tour, the pass needs to be validated and one has to go to specific stop for this. But the driver was kind to take us to the stop No.13 from stop No.1 for this. It neeeds better organization

Great way to see Berlin - however
1. Excruciatingly slow buses so we did complete tour of the city on the bus once and then took taxis to reach the places we wanted to see after that
2. Stops are not clearly marked for when you want to get back on the bus.

The took this tour the day we arrived. İt's a 2.30 hour tour. We never Hop-off so we had a complete vision of the city. The self audio guide was good and at the end of the day we had an overall idea about the city. As the ticket is valid for 48 hours, you can come back next day and hop-off were you want. The boat trip was included and we were able to use it a week after. Good combination !

This is excellent value for money. I did the tour a few times sitting on the top floor once on the left and once on the right. That way I saw everything I wanted to and got off and on where I needed more time. The comentary was excellent and even though the weather was pretty awful, the bus was warm and dry as the cover was pulled over. It can be difficult to hop back on at the busy tourist spots at time (notable weekends) and you may have to wait quite some time for a tour bus with space, as once full you will not be allowed to board the bus. That said its worth it. Exchanging the vouchure for tickets was seemless and the staff very friendly. Due to the time of year only the 1 hr river trip was available. That was ok but feel the longer trip will be much better. Overall this is a great way to see everything you could want to see

Viator were very helpful in re-arranging the dates of my tour within the promised 12 hours. It would have been more helpful to give the mobile booking office outside the Hard Rock Café to collect the tickets. The tour was excellent, we especially enjoyed the added river cruise.

Just about value for money but that was more our fault as we didnt use the transport tickets enough . Most of the museums we wanted to visit was free so didnt use the museum tickets. The tour bus the first day was very good and informative and it gave us an idea what we wanted to visit. Lovely city and enjoyed it.
