The bus stops need signs and the round ends quite early in the winter, but overall it helped us get around to many of the important sights in this big city.

Excellent value, much used. Only fault is that it cannot be picked up at the airports. Also the pick up location was far from our hotel,(Alexanderplatz) and difficult to find.

Persons responsible for the tour does not have enough information, we could not take the bus to Hamburg because the driver of the tour that we took in berlin had no information of time nor place to take the bus to berlin, we call a tel contained the voucher, but nobody answered, the second day went to one address that gave us one of the drivers , but not sepudo done by that had to have taken more early and nobody told us at what time,

Very crowded, no way to understand at times. Some of the speakers were not working, so no way to know wher you are or what you are seeing. The round trip is over two hours, close to three. , so it is difficult to get on and off and back to the starting point before the busses stop running at 5 PM
The 48 hour passes were useless. We wanted to see Berlin by night, but the busses stopped at 5 PM and you were put off wherever you happened to be.

Obviously the tour is very interesting, but... The bus was old and worn out, rattling and suspension problems. The audio system was intermittent and crackling. Different seats and earphones did not help. The seats are VERY uncomfortable. Its time to invest into maintenance or new busses.
