Great tour. Guide knowledgeable. Good to see the sights and put everything in context.

Doing what: Cold War Walking Tour of Berlin
Guide was great. Saw things we would never have seen without this tour. Checkpoint Charlie is not part of it which is ok as we had already visited there and looked into the museum which took us a couple of hours. Overall the guide had passion and knowledge and was Irish so also had a great sense of humour.
Good way to get acquainted with the city and to see certain sights quickly if there is limited time.

Doing what: 'An Evening at Charlottenburg Palace' Palace Tour, Dinner and Concert by the Berlin Residence Orchestra
It was remarkable. I strongly recommended.
Vojo with his family from Belgrade, Serbia.
Great tour for a history buff. Ask for Finn, he really knows his stuff.
Put 5 Belfast fellas, 2 lovebirds and 2 geriatrics on bikes in Berlin and what do you get.... CRAIC! Kate did a brilliant job giving us the complex history of the city. Her delivery left me speechless. The food, beer and banter made the tour a great experience. The sunshine helped too. Kate 100%
Good trip, great way to see the city and the hop on hop off means you can go at your own pace.
Tour was very nice and helpful to get acquainted with Berlin and worth seeing sights. The tour guide - Francis was very knowledgeable and gave us good tips on what else to see and do in Berlin. Weather was great and did half of the job. Berlin is indeed a very friendly town and the park ride was the hype of the tour. One small inconvenience though, the group, 15 people, was a bit too large to keep under control especially when having to cross by traffic lights. I strongly recommend this tour, as you can see more than on a regular walk and can come back visit places you thing might be worth a second look.

Doing what: Berlin Highlights and Hidden Sites Historical Walking Tour
Jared the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about each site, however went into far to much depth on each site, and therefore we lost a lot of photo opportunities. He was a little aggressive when one person in the tour, stopped monentarily to purchase a bottle of water as we walked by, and requested everyone to advise him, if we wanted to purchase food or water as needed.
The tour itself was very good, however as we also went on the Third Reich bike tour, we doubled up on most of the sites, but obtained consistent detailed information on each site. There were also additonal locations visited on this tour (compared to the Third Reich tour).
Over all, quiet good, however additional photo opportunities would be a huge benefit.
I was in Berlin last month and this tour was the best way to the city. I experienced a problem with my voucher. The name of the tour bus company was not listed and the voucher. It took some time to sort it out. Overall, great option.
We purchased the Hop=on Hop=off tour with Canal cruise package. There was confusion as to the time of the first bus. Our voucher stated that the first bus was 1000 hours but we found out later that it was 0930 hours. Locating the "office" was a big challenge as it turned out to be one of the Hop-on Hop-off bus and the bus was parked at a street corner which was quite difficult to know that it was the "office". Viator should change the times for each season of the year and be more specific about the "office". The route taken by the bus gave a comprehensive view of the city and what it has to offer. As there are many places to hop-off and on again, it would be better to ride one round trip and then hop-off on the second round to better plan sighseeing. Overall, this is the best Hop-on Hop-off tour that we enjoyed during our holiday in Germany.
Great way to see Berlin - however
1. Excruciatingly slow buses so we did complete tour of the city on the bus once and then took taxis to reach the places we wanted to see after that
2. Stops are not clearly marked for when you want to get back on the bus.
Excellent guide who knew his stuff and communicated it well.
really enjoyed it. Great experience!
