Mauerpark (“Wall Park”) runs along a stretch of the old Berlin Wall, a section of which still stands, and much of its terrain was recovered from no-man’s-land. As well as providing a welcome expanse of green in a built-up area of central Berlin, on Sundays a section of the park is transformed into a sprawling flea market.
