It was wonderful. I will come back in Berlin and go to Potsdam for at least 2 days.

Jim was excellent and the only slight quibble was that we would have appreciated a longer time at lunch, to relax and stroll around Potsdam itself.

An interesting tour but you really need either more time (to really see the palaces) or less time (to just wander around). There is multilingual commentary on the bus but you're on your own while in Potsdam.

Very accommodating bus driver. Brief trip around Potsdam would have been enhanced with a stop permitting us to walk around the town.

Don't believe anyone on the 14 May tour will have good words as we were unable to see the Sanssouci Palace due to lack of time. We arrived at the Palace at 12:30 and the next available tour was at 14:45 - the bus was leaving at 15:00. The driver warned us that if we were not there - we would have to find own way back to Berlin.
So all I can say - everyone had a nice bus ride out to Potsdam. Take the public train and do the hop on-off bus in Potsdam.
I'm still waiting to hear from Viator for an adjustment.
Unfortunately, the journey to Potsdam took 2.75 hrs which gave no time to see inside the Palace of Sans Souci. We travelled in a double-decker bus, not a coach! There was no courier only an audio commentary which was very poor. Everyone was very disappointed with the experience.

The tour was not as advertised it was a disaster for everyone on the bus. There was enought enough time to tour the castle or many other areas due to arriving late into Potsdam. I requested a price adjustment from Viator - nothing yet. Not worth the price - extremely disappointed. Should have taken public transportation into Potsdam.

Once we located our guide all went well. There was a race that day so things got changed a bit and we seem to have difficulty with Europeans under estimating distances. The ride was good even though we had a headset. I expectes a guide. Our driver was the guide and he spoke a few words in English.
We drove all over Potsdam and then had plenty of time to see San Souci Palace and some of the gardens and shop in the store.

es interesante visitar los palacios que hay en Potsdam...hay todas las facilidades que uno como turista requiere en el lugar, aún cuando es un poco apartado digamos del centro de una ciudad...el viaje es tranquilo y el lugar es relajante.

Thanks to Jim, our guide, we discovered all Potsdam in one day. Walking and very wisely taking the city bus, we did all we had to do in half a day. The tour is finisching in front of the Sanssouci Palace, and this gives you the opportunity to visit the Palace yourself, if you want to. We did it and for sure it's a must in Potsdam. The day was rainy but the beauty of Potsdam makes you forget about the rain.

Tour was efficiently run, with comfortable bus and ample free time in Potsdam to walk around. However tour is largely just transportation as audio is only provided on journey via headphones with recording, and no guided tour is provided in Potsdam. However tour is good value.

It was OK ..... Standing outside the bus at the hotel ... The driver suddenly closed the door and took off with out us ... Luckily we banged on the windows and he stopped ...The guy was kind of a strange dude.....It was more like a bus ride to Potsdam as opposed to a tour....They just drop you off in a parking lot without any direction etc.

It was a great trip and I reccommend that if you are interested in seeing Potsdam from Berlin you look into the tour. It was comprehensive but not boring.

There were only 3 on the tour. The bus provided earphones for pre-recorded commentary which was disappointing. We were able to explore grounds of Sanssouci for about 1.5 hours but with no guide it was difficult to make sense of much we were seeing. Glad we got to see Potsdam however.
