Doing what: Atlantis Kona Submarine Adventure

The tour was nice, it did seem a bit bland with just a few species of fish around. seems more like going through a kidie park instead of a real dive. The fake skeleton on the sunken ship was cheasy.

Doing what: Lava Legends and Legacies Luau on the Big Island

No the best Luau I've been to as the show doesn't really begin till after you have ate and the bar has closed, but the food was really good and plenty of choices the bar was good as well with plenty of drinks on offer, staff where friendly and helpful, show was good, only negative is sloping tables sort of sitting on a a downhill gradient for most of the general seating

Doing what: Small-Group Tour: Half-Day Kona Gold Coast

Enjoyed this tour very much. The tour guide was very knowledgeable of the area. He was extremely organized. The tour went very smoothly and timely. Our guide took very good care of us throughout the tour. We knew exactly what to do and where to be at all times.

Doing what: Lava Legends and Legacies Luau on the Big Island

An excellent luau. We had been to the one at the sister hotel on Maui a few days before, which was very good, but this one was even better, probably because it was smaller, only around 100 people. The imu (pig) was very fresh and all the rest of the food was lovely. Drinks flowed freely, unfortunately I was driving, so I was limited to punch, but apparently the wine was quite acceptable. The entertainment was also excellent, similar to that which we have seen before, but sufficiently different to make it interesting. I have seen the fire dance at least 6 times before, but this one was definitely the best, I think the lad was from Samoa and he was fantastic.

Doing what: Volcano National Park Small Group Twilight Tour

Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Mathew was the best guide ever. His knowledge, information and easy quips about the island, the volcanoes and the history of the people, kept us all informed, and sometimes laughing. Altho it did rain off and on, that did not deter our stops for sightseeing, walks and tours of interesting places. We highly recommend the TWIGHLITE TOUR as it give more of the visual aspects of the lava flows and steam vents. we WOULD do the same tour again should we visit the big island another time.

Doing what: Lava Legends and Legacies Luau on the Big Island

HI , they had said it was an open bar, not right , myself and other people were stunned when thr bar closed 2 hous after it opened without warning, we enjoyed our drinks, not rushed but when we went back for some dinner wine, the bar was closed, other people were just as upset., The dancing show was great and then they cane on with a fashion show fore a 1/2 hour, nobody was interested in a fashion show. The maitre d was telling jokes for some time and some people ate their meal which was ok and then left. It was not worth 77.00 $ There are better Lauas out there, we were very dissapointed.

The Luau was great, I'd do it again. The food was excellent, the musicians, singers, MC and dancers were top notch. And what a beautiful setting with the ocean in the background. D.C. from Canada

Doing what: Zodiac Raft Whale Watching Adventure

Our Whale Watching adventure was a major highlight of our trip! While we were a bit worried about being around whales in such a small "boat", there were no upsets and it was such a spectacular sight that none of us even thought about worrying how close they came. The raft took us out about 3 miles from shore and we traveled about 7 miles along the coast. Saw MANY whales. Jumping out of water as in the picture, spouting, tail slapping etc. One whale did go right under the bow of our raft. My husband was sitting on the bow and we all got a wonderful look as it slid right under without touching our raft. We saw lots of dolphins as well. Several swam along side our raft. We went with a couple in their late 70's and they enjoyed the adventure as well. You do have to have the ability to "hang on tight" as the raft moves quickly across the waves, but I never felt fearful. Wonderful trip for less money than the usual boat excursion. Mark and Kathy
