The tour was amazing - it was a very full day with lots of exits off the bus to go and see the amazing sites - loved it and would do it again.

Awesome tour, seen lava flowing into the ocean. Really cold with no doors on. Only complaint is they kept switching our time to accommodate the weight requirement. I was not impressed with that. I would do it again!

Doing what: Volcano Helicopter Tour and Private Paradise Landing
I was extremely impressed with the whole tour. The pilot was very good and gave a great verbal tour while in the air. We had an hour over the volcanos which was perfectly apt and got some beautiful views. We landed in the middle of the valleys (spectacular views)to go and explore for just under an hour and then the last hour was flying over the rest of the beatiful island. All the views were so picturesque; I got some great photos.

Doing what: 45-Minute Open-Door Volcanoes Helicopter Flight
While it's no fault of the company, the volcano was completely inactive and made for a less than spectacular trip. Warning: very windy and chilly, wear pants. That said, it was exhilarating and exciting. I would recommend checking on how active the volcano is before dropping $500 (for 2 people).

Doing what: Fire and Falls Helicopter Adventure from Hilo
Wow! What a great trip. The pilot was careful but made sure we all got a good view of the area. The ground staff were very helpful too. The volcanic action was less than expected, not really in your control. However I took off a star because I didn't see the huge lava flow into the sea.

Nice tour, but a bit too short. It would be better to spend 10 minutes more in some places.

thanks for the wonderful helicopter tour ..we took the tour with male pilot that day..sorry don't remember his name ...but he was great...the sights were awesome...would do it again....

This tour was fantastic!! Our lead was a geologist named Steve and our Driver George - were fantastic! Bikes in great condition and were fitted for our height! The activity level as stated was very accurate. The entire tour was great, we really enjoyed it and lunch was fresh and good! THANKS!

Got some fantastic pictures where volcano meets the coast. Wasn't too much activity at the crater, but did see a few small lava spots and plenty of steam. My husband had to sit in back with the wind blowing in his face, making it hard to see. From the front seat, windy but comfortable enough to get a lot of expectations. Very knowledgeable and helpful guide - Zach. Would do it again. Lady we went with has done it 3-4 times.

The tour was an extraordinary experience. Our guide, April, was wonderfully efficient and very knowledgeable. The arrangements for the trip turned out just as promised and we were comfortable, well-fed, and well looked after. The sense of wonder at the awe-inspiring power of nature was all our own!
