We had a wonderful tour with a great guide who was both very informative but also very amusing. Although it was quite cold he kept us cheerful! The city was all we expected and more and the unique views from the duck certainly enhanced the trip.
I believe our guide was running in the marathon . We hope he is safe and well.

We had an excellent trip!! We saw MANY humpbacks and a few minkes, I am sure there was one other but I cannot remember the type. The only thing I would say to recommend wearing warm clothes for the ride. LOVED IT!!!!

I was born and raised in Massachusetts and had never taken the duck tour until this past week when I had guests from out of the country. (I am 85!). I think it was a superb way to introduce anyone to Boston. The guide was delightful. How she managed our roads was unbelievable. The tour was just long enough to cover the history, architecture and charm of the city. The children didn't get bored and it left the adults wanting to see more perhaps on a different type of tour where they could go into sites in more depth. We followed it with a visit to the Museum of Science where we had picked up the tour. I would recommend starting the tour there if possible because of the great parking.

Due to rough weather, this tour was rescheduled three times. When we finally went out, the water was so bad they cut the tour short. The Captain felt bad and issued everyone a full refund. I can't blame them for that. The crew was extremely helpful to those who suffered from sea sickness. When I am back in Boston I will use them again and try to see my whales! :-)

If you're ever fortunate enough to visit this fantastic city then a Duck Tour is a MUST! Each 'duck' has it's own unique captain who will not only share all the vibrant history this city offers but does so in an entertaining and VERYfunny way. You have to do it :0)

Almost missed the cruise because finding parking is a bit tricky. Everyone from the greeting officer at the gang plank, to the office where I exchanged my Viator coupon for tickets, to the waiters, hostess were great. They really tried to make this a special event for everyone. Weather was great, nice clear sky and a great view. Food was mediocre but made up for by the atmosphere, venue, friendliness of staff. Nice sit down dinner, attentive waiter. Entertainment consisted of a male and female singer. They were great too. All in all, recommended. If you can get a discounted rate, even better.

Excellent tour and we did see whales and dolphins; it did help that we had a warm, clear day with relatively smooth seas. The only point to be aware of is that the tour can take longer than 3 hours as it depends how far the boat needs to travel, so do not book anything to happen straight after the advertised finish time.

Great experience. We had a sighting of a humpback whale in Boston Harbor itself but unfortunately just saw the 'swooshing' water exhaling from a fin back whale in stellwagen. However the whale was not that visible above the ocean surface. All this was due to prior storm for which our original trip got cancelled and we had to take alternate batch trip in following day. The crew were knowledgeable and friendly. We even got rain checks issued due to poor sighting. Planning to revisit Boston for this trip alone as it is worth it.
