Sydney’s New Year fireworks display might be one of the most talked about in the world, but Brisbane also offers its locals quite the show when the big ball drops. In fact, nearly 50,000 people take time out of their New Year’s Eve parties to bask in the colorful explosions occurring over the Brisbane River.
