Highly recommended! Even though we didn't have enough time to explore. Ideal for those who are short of time. Bring packed lunch. The guide stops and gives one hour to eat and recommends a restaurant. You won't have time to find another place so you're forced to eat at a very pricy cost.

Both places were beautiful. Enough time spent in each place. Only complaint was our guide was not very helpful and accomodating during the trip, kept smoking while doing the tour,we were led to a restaurant and chocolate shop of his choice (made us believe tour company was getting commission)

Good way to visit two cities in one day, however there are a lot of people and it's quite impersonal and not always easy to hear the guide. Hotel pick up and drop off is a plus.

The guide was very knowledgable and repeated everything back in english, french and spanish. Would be nice if the company split up the languages. They also have a policy of leaving no one behind. We had 2 women over 20 minutes late for the bus time, cutting down on our time for Bruges.

Doing what: Bruges Express City Tour from Brussels
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Bruges and thought the trip was good value for money especially as we had pre-booked. Our guide was very friendly and informative. Would have liked to have had more time to explore on our own but on the whole I would recommend this trip.

It's a very good idea to make clients hear the history of the places while riding the bus. Time is maximized. And the guide, it was incredible his hability to speak in 3 languages all the time, everything and fluently. Good trip. Nice little cities.

There really wasn't much in Ghent. I would give Ghent a miss. And I was there on a Sunday when most shops were closed! I should have gone to Bruge straight because I would probably enjoy it more with more time.

Our tour guide was great, gave the tour in three languages and did a good job managing the group. That said, there were WAY too many people on this tour. Felt like we were being herded from location to another. Brugge is beautiful but I really don't feel like I got but a glimpse of it.

Coach seating was not well organised, itinerary was changed once en route (went to Brugges before Ghent) and guide was fairly ambivalent with his guests throughout. Insufficent free time and choice in Brugges and insufficent time in Ghent.

I feel that this trip could have been greatly enhanced by a more interested and professional guide. It was very cold, and probably not the best time to visit, but the guide could have been more interactive to enhance the experience.

Really really great trip! Both cities were beautiful and the tour guide was really great about explaining everything. Only issue is with the boat tour which is not covered and it was raining but even with it raining would still recommend doing it!

Despite the constant rain, we thoroughly enjoyed the day. Bruges and ghent were picture postcard pretty and every turn of a corner displayed another gorgeous view.
