It was really nice with beautiful and great views, even though the weather on the day was rainy. If I could have more free time in Bruge, it will even be nicer.

Amazing. Very interesting, would have appreciated some more information in Ghent but otherwise was really nice. Bruges was especially fun. Enough information and enough free time.

Enjoyable day trip and such good value. Picked up from hotel on time. Comfy coach to Gent (which being Sunday, nothing open) then taken on to see all the sites of Brugges. Christmas market was very busy but worth the visit.Tour guide very informative. A definite 'must do' if visiting Brussels.

Very good tour in spite of rain, the guide was excellent and all the background information was very good. The pick up from our hotel and return at the end of the day was all on time. All the service was friendly, we were highly satisfied with the tour. Thank you very much.

Fabulous tour and overall trip..Ghent and Brugess were equally beautiful, esp. Bruges was so romantic to visit!
The tour guide was awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable person..
Overall great experience, must recommend to anyone visiting Brussels to spend an extra day with this tour. Thanks!

Great day trip! We we're collected from our hotel and taken to the meeting point which made life easy and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. It is a little frustrating having to listen to the same thing in multiple languages though and a little more time to wander around each city would be nice.

Viator customers may not know it but Viator is not the tour operator, only the promoter. Brussels City Tours, the operator, did a great job. Viator, the promoter and on-line presence, was absolutely worthless. They did not respond to three separate emails asking where we could be picked up for the tour. W. Starr

Lovely. Had nice mussels for lunch. Great walking around the cities. Raining that day. Went to chocolate shop in Bruges - bought some cheap chocolate. Good for presents!! Overall had a great time.

Besides the rain it was a great day, Ghent and Bruges are beautiful. Wish i could have been picked up at my hotel as it was a bit of a way to get there and back but it was fine. Would recommend to all who don't have time to stay in either city.

It's a nice trip which brings u to the important part of the two cities. It was rather a little fast to follow with the tour guide, but it's worth it.

Too many people on the tour (around 60). It should have been split into 2 tours, onr English and 1 Spanish. I think everyone would have gotten more out of the trip this way.

A lovely trip with an excellent guide who was fluent in our native language, English. Bruges was absolutley beautiful.
