Our trip was superb. The guide was wonderful. Her command of languages was beyond reproach. what a lovely lady! Thank you for a great day.
Tour starts off with the visit to the Basilica at Esztergom and a walk across the common bridge shared between Slovakia and Hungary. A lot of history in the cathedral but it was a little rushed. The next stop was for lunch at Visegrad on a hilltop restauarant overlooking the danube and the ruins of an old roman township. Good food and an excellent view. The last stop prior to the boat ride back to Budapest was in the small town of Szentendre with a lot of good souvenier shops, marzipan museums and a shop selling traditional blue dyed prints. Overall a good tour, however a little rushed for a single day.
Too much down time (shopping) Lunch location was charming and the drive and boat trip quite pleasant.
Excellent. First time to book a tour on-line. Procedure was flawless. The tour guides were excellent explaining in detail the varous stops. Would highly recommend this tour.

The walking tour was actually the walk from the tour office to the river. There were some interesting moments, but not enough to justify the cost. The river cruise was nice. Skip the walking tour, but don't miss cruising on the Danube.
Great Trip, but to many Languages (3) one or to
would be alright. You get Hotel pick up but have
to make your own way back to Hotel.
I didn't like that i had to reconfirm by Phone after i booked and payed for in advance.
Good tour. Food only ok and no need to go to diamond exposition that has nothing to do with the tour. Guide really good.
Good tour guide, very friendly and interesting background. Nice to be able to speak to a local and learn about the history and stories of the city itself.
I booked my walking tour a few days before going to Budapest with my wife and all information given was correct. We contacted the local agent in Budapest, in-fact the office was very close to our hotel and the three hour plus walk, with a very lovely and knowledgeable local guide was a great experience and also a lovely end to our short break. The guide spoke excellent English and we were lucky that it was only the three of us. I highly recommend anyone to use these service.
We had Anita as our guide, a real fountain of knowledge. Just what we wanted so that we could go back to see the things we wanted to. Excellent.
Our guide was Barbara and she was wonderful - a value for money walking tour - I would have rate a 5 except 1 piece of incorrect info. - i.g. location of the The Shoe Monument -monument on the embankment outside Parliament.
