Doing what: Budapest Folklore Show and Danube Dinner Cruise
This was a very enjoyable show. The dancers and the musical instrument players were very good. They know their stuff. I would recommend this show to others going to Budapest.

Doing what: Budapest Half-Day Sightseeing Tour
This was a truly excellent tour with a very well informed tour guide called Elizabeth.
I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest for the first time. As it was a quiet time of year (January) we were the only two on the tour. We found the guide and the driver most courteous .Thanks

Doing what: Small-Group Budapest Caving Tour
We had the best time ever. The guides were really great, they spoke a perfect English, and knew a lot about the caves. It was challenging and very exciting, and I would definitely do it again. I highly recommend this to everyone in normal or good shape with a lust for adventure.

Doing what: Small-Group Budapest Caving Tour
We had an awesome time on this tour. It takes about 4 hours, from meeting time to the the time you get back to the meeting place, so you have to plan your day around it. The guide was very funny and helpful. This made me want to go caving again! Can be challenging at times, which makes it better.

Doing what: Budapest Wine Tasting and Lunch
I had the most amazing day on this tour. Our wonderful guide, Julia, was just generally brilliant at her job. She made the day a really great experience and finished with a perfect restaurant recommendation. I cannot say a bad word about either Julia or the tour in general. Highly recommend!

Doing what: Budapest Wine Tasting and Lunch
Great tour. Guide was informative, and the market very interesting. The wine cellar in the basement of the offices was ideal for the tastings. Would recommend.

Doing what: Budapest Half-Day Sightseeing Tour
I must say that I have never received such a poor service from Viator:
The “local agency” mentioned in my voucher to this Budapest city tour was not a “local” agency, but an intermediary agency based in Austria! Consequently, the so-called local phone number was an international phone number of Vienna!
Nevertheless I phoned this so-called local agency the day before (as stated in the voucher) in order to confirm the pickup time at my hotel in Budapest (Sofitel Chain Bridge).
The lady confirmed that I should wait in the lobby by 9:30 am.
So I did…
I waited until 9:45 and nobody appeared to pick us up. The tour was supposed to start at 10:00. So I began to be somewhat anxious and I asked for the help of the Concierge, who also considered quite odd that the so-called local agency had a phone number of Vienna…
She called them and, after insisting, she got the name and the phone number of the real local agency (Eurama) based in Budapest, more exactly in front of our hotel!
She called them and they said that they were not expecting to pick us up at the Sofitel, since we were staying at an extremely short walk distance (which we did not know and was never told to me!).
Finally, at 9:55 a nice man showed up in the lobby asking for us. He walked us through the 80 meters walkway between Sofitel Chain Bridge and Intercontinental Hotel (just in front) were the Eurama agency is based.
The minibus was waiting for nobody else except us and we finally managed to join our tour (just 5 minutes before departure) mostly due to the Sofitel’s Concierge help…
The tour was ok, but the beginning almost ruined the whole experience…

Doing what: Budapest Half-Day Sightseeing Tour
I loved that I was given the chance to experience the culture and history of the city with plenty of time to see the main attractions. The guide was knowledgable and made it easy to understand how the city's history had influenced its current culture. Great way to experience a beautiful city.
