The southern route hits Puerto Madero, the Ecologic Reserve, Costanera Sur, La Boca and San Telmo. The northern route will show you Retiro, Thays Park, Barrio Parque, Palermo Woods and the neighborhoods of trendy Palermo and elegant Recoleta.
Along the way, you’ll stop for a break and a taste of a local drink called “mate,” a hot drink of steep dried yerba mate leaves (a type of holly) infused in water.

As an English speaking person, knowing very little Spanish, I always felt that I was receiving the shortened version.
I gave it three stars because we began the tour but then when it rained, the tour guide turned back. I understand this is possibly due to safety but we were happy to continue (myself and another couple). Long story short, we took the bikes ourselves without the guide and had a fantastic day (and it didn't rain at all after that one shower!!)
As an English speaking tourist, you do get a modified version of the tour.
