Aboriginal folklore and myths come alive in the Creation Theater, or you can try your hand at spear and boomerang-throwing, taste bush tucker, and shop for authentic Indigenous crafts sourced from across Australia.

Practical Info
Tjapukai is 15 minutes north of Cairns, next door to the Kuranda Skyrail Rainforest Cableway, off the Captain Cook Highway. Guests can take advantage of an hourly shuttle service to and from Cairns, the northern beaches and Port Douglas. A public bus also stops here from Cairns, and it’s a quick taxi ride from the town center.
