called viator to resend voucher so that I could print ticket and the person on the phone was just wonderful. No hassles, wasted no time just resent it. Thank you very much!
This is the best thing to do, Universal is very busy in LA, even busier than the Universal in Disney and luckily we cruised through every que maybe waitng a maximum of 10 mins.Where others had to wait over an hour per ride. We got through the whole park due to the fact of "skip the line" and didnt regret not having enough time. Its a incredible park to see as well.
Perfect ! a little expensive but when you have reserved seats and you avoid the queue, you apprecied !
An epic must-do when you are traveling to Los Angeles. A very fun-filled day of rides, shows, and the Studio Tour was spectacular if you thrive on the world of cinema and television.

Best tour ever! Our guide Bobby was terrific. I didn't have to think at all, Bobby did all the work for me. I had the most relaxing day ever!

I highly recommend this tour. We went on a Saturday which was really busy, but with this ticket we just walked into all rides where general public had to wait 45 minutes. Fabulous day.
well worth the extra cash! We saved so much time being able to by pass the long lineups! And got great seats to the shows!
