Doing what: Xel-Ha All Inclusive Day Trip from Cancun

AMAZING and fun day! It was a LONG day though!!! Could have done all of our tours in one at this place. If I did it all over again...would have done everything here instead of three different tours. Beautiful place!

Doing what: Xel-Ha All Inclusive Day Trip from Cancun

This trip is really very very cool and I am SO glad that we decided to do the day long trip instead of trying to fit it in with Tulum. There's no way we would have had enough time- in fact we still felt rushed being at Xel-Ha for just one day. Tubing through the mangroves is incredible and the best part (other than the free beer taps placed throughout the park)! I love the all inclusive aspect of the park and the fast food restaurant is delicious!! The jungle path is really cool, too, with coatis everywhere. We grabbed a handful of fish food and even got a coati to eat it right out of my hand! The snorkeling is only so-so, but the park is so big and beautiful. My one regret is that I didn't do the zip line. I've done zip lining in the past and was not impressed with their little zip lines, but at the end of the day when you look through all the pictures they took throughout the day, those were fantastic pictures and I really wish I had one! Save money to purchase the pics they take because they really are beautiful and only $13 each. Also, BUY AND USE THE BUG REPELLANT! I was eaten alive and didn't realize it until that evening when I was miserable. Overall, very fun excursion!

Doing what: Tulum and Xel-Ha All Inclusive Day Trip from Cancun

Absolutely great - only regret was that Xel-ha would have deserved a whole day visit! Now we "only" had time to snorkel a little, eat, walk around the park, have a few drinks and swim with Manatees... but there would have been so much more!

Doing what: Xel-Ha All Inclusive Day Trip from Cancun

Xel-Ha was really GREAT! We spent the whole day there and still didn't get to see and do everything we wanted to. I highly recommend to get there early and stay as long as you can! The food was very good and the staff very cordial. Start at the top of the river snorkeling or on a tube and make your way down....once you are done with all the activities in the lagoon, don't forget to go to the Mayan cave. It's definitely worth seeing. We ran into a whole bunch of wild coati on the way...okay, not sure how wild they are since they see people all the time, but they were fun to watch. Beautiful views all around and a great day for any age.

Vik is not professional at all.

Doing what: Tulum and Xel-Ha All Inclusive Day Trip from Cancun

Very good experience, not to be missed. Tulum is a lovely site and well narrated. Xel Ha was a great experience on a hot day. Definite must do. Again only drawback was the check-in procedure, long , hot and cumbersome.

fun food was graet

Just unbelievable. If you are going to see only one of the Mayan ruins, this is the one.

Aside from not picking ud up from the hotel and mislaying our reservation, the trip was amazing. The guide was the best of our entire trip and Tulum and Xel-Ha worth making the effort for

I would have enjoyed a trip just to tulum to enjoy the ruins and the beaches.

Xel-ha was very nice to snorkel, but it felt so over crowed you need an entire day to see the entire park, all inclusive just means food included you must pay for all activities except snorkeling but you must leave deposit for equipment.

En nydelig park vel verd å besøke!!

Absolutely brilliant! Tulum is an amazing Mayan port with many buildings still virtually intact nestled on the edge of a magnificent beach. Our guide was Mayan and his love of his culture and its history was very apparent. Xel Ha is one of the most beautiful places I've ever been to so even if you decide not to go snorkelling you can still enjoy the fab fish that swim right up to the edge of the water. The only slight negative is that the inner tubes are floating on a very weak current so they do stop moving or get stuck quite often and you need to really paddle with hands or feet. I would just snorkel or swim down the river instead. Loads to do from ziplining to cliff jumping to relaxing with a cold drink. The restaurants and bars are of good quality and the place is pristine. You could easily spend a full day there but 5hrs was just about enough. It is a must see!!!

Good day out. Would recomend it.
