There was a bit of confusion with airport transfers. Once I came out of the airport my name was not on the board. I looked confused for a while only to spot my tiny name on the very bottom of the piece of paper after a long while. We waited at the airport for a while for nobody really but once in the car t was all fine, nice and comfortable. The tour was nice and interesting. Tour guide ( I am sorry but forgot her name now) was very nice. Going to underground tunnels was boring, nothing really interesting there. We had only small group which was great but not enough time to take good photos in he valley if you are interested in photography. It was nice to see pottery and carpets factories and stores.
Really well organised. Guide was excellent. Bus comfortable. SIghts well chosen. Even the mandatory "commercial" stop at a pottery workshop was fascinating - located in an underground labyrinth. Hotel was very good standard. Recommended

The guide Uhr was excellent. He was well informed and patient with our many questions. The day goes by fast and unfortunately we can not stay to long at each visit. There is much to see. I liked visiting the underground city and all the mushroom stones.
The buffet lunch was very god and varied.
I would forgo the pottery visit. No one was offered to make pottery, we only watched an artist make a ceremic pot. It is a ruse to get us to buy some pottery in the shop. The ceremic articles are indeed very beautiful and there are pieces to fit every budget.
Unfortunately we had a 4 year old on the tour. There should be an age limit so that the child is not able to disrupt the tour and take away the attention of the guide from the other participants. The guide chose to have the child act as her "assistant" and held her hand throughout the tour, talking to her, having her hand out tickets, etc. As the day progressed the child became more and more disruptive, jumping, running, shouting, trying to have everyone focused on her. The parents beamed, smiled, and did nothing to stop her behavior. Also the guide gave her presentations in a rote, sing-song manner, obviously having little interest in the subject. She was not interested in answering questions. She chose to rush through each presentation and as a result, was difficult to understand. We came a long way to see this area and it is fabulous. At our final stop, the guide showed us postcards of the frescoes and then said that there was not time to view them and insisted that we go immediately to the shuttle that would take us to the airport. When we said that we were disappointed not to see the frescoes and that we could have spent less time at the pottery makers in order to insure that we saw everything that we came to see, she rudely replied that others would have complained about not having more time with the pottery studio and that we should have signed up for a longer tour. In hindsight, I agree that at least a two day tour is needed, but I certainly wouldn't want to be stuck with her as a guide or with a four year old. I have taken other Viator tours and always been satisfied. If this was my first Viator tour, I would never take another one. But I know this is not a good example of Viator.
Very well organized tour, nice guide, interesting program. Amazing sites. You must see Cappadocia!
This was the Whow of our holiday and should be on everyone's bucket list! The arrangements were seamless and stress free. We didn't know that we were going to hike through the mountains, but this was such a bonus, and what an experience. Thank you so much.
The tour was okay, but it was not what we were led to believe. The people on the tour with us were on a 2 day trip to Cappadocia. We were told by them that they had switched their itinerary. The first day tour was changed to the second day tour. The tour we were expecting was what turned out to be their first day tour. Our tour that we booked did not include a 1 1/2 hour hike in the mountains which the tour we took had. We didn't get to see most of the things that our 1 day tour was to include. We were very disappointed.
Very good. Tour guide excellent, food good, cars good, tour in general very good, a lot to see. Thank you
The tour was ok, the scenery was fantastic but the guide although friendly wasn't very engaging. We were picked at the airport by a non english speaking driver and we met our tour guide along the way so for an hour or so we didn't know what was happening. Worth it because of Cappadocia itself, the service must improve.
It was not a good experience, someone who did not speak English or Spanish pick us from the airport, he can not explain where we will go. After that the guide was not good, her name Sibel. Every time when we asked some question, she was pis-off with the people who ask. She was not with us when we were in Cappadocia. She does not like what she was doing. Very good excursion except for the guide.
This is one of the most spectacular tours I've ever taken to one of the most exotic places I've ever been to! Absolutely a must-do! Get ready for a loooonnngggg and exhausting day. You'll start your day very early and take a fligt to Kaysiri, followed by a drive to Urgup. There you'll meet your guide and head out for a day filled with wonderful places. Lunch was delicious. Our guide was wonderful. Would do it again despite it being a very long day. This is a once-in-a-lifetime place. If you have more than 1 day, then stay overnight, enjoy a rock hotel and some local cuisine...Maybe a flight in a hot air-balloon. But if all you have is one day, then go for it!!

Great package, value for money. Surprise package was the lunch at an unusual restaurant (veg food was good too!)
This was a great trip and so pleased I did it. I thought i would miss Cappadocia but then found this trip and it was very good. I thought it was great value for money.
It is a long day but if you are aware it is OK.
My wife and I were very satisfied with this tour. We started the tour from Ürgüp and went to Ortahisar, Çavuşin, Pigeon Valley, Kaymaklı Yeraltı Şehri, Kaymaklı, O Agacin Alti Panorama, Göreme Açık Hava Müzesi, Yeralti Sehri, Fırça El Sanatları, and Paşabağı. The optional hot air balloon tour was also unforgettable experience. The hotel was very comfortable. Finally, the tour guide was very experienced and knew well about the regional culture, history, and other stories behind each spot. I highly recommend this tour to my friends.
